As you can see in the images, the seal on the outer box was already broken, but this may be because it's a returned product, and the seller did not have resources to repackage the box with a new seal. BUT each individual mask comes in its separate tamper-proof plastic packaging so I have no problem with it as long as the masks are not used. We have to be a little appreciative of the current situation that we are in, even the smallest things such as a new box may not be readily available. Another complaint I've often seen in the reviews is that the N95 mask seems to have some holes in it. When looked at certain angles facing the light you can see light passing through, this is not because they are holes but because these are the places where the mask has been pressure stitched, and hence the material becomes transparent. These are NOT holes. You can do your own research - a quick google search like 'why are there holes in my N95 mask?' will yield several results. Some reviews claim the thickness is not sufficient. From what I know, the thickness of these masks does not matter but the kind of layers that are used do. For example, there is a layer of charged fiber inside these masks that keep the virus particles attached to that layer and don't let is pass. For better fitting, the mask uses a slider along the threads which is cleaver as the rubber bands may get loose with use. Overall I consider this a value for money. DISCLAIMER: I am not an expert on any kind of masks, but the build quality is pretty good. Do your own research if you are concerned about the technical details and efficacy of this mask compared to its competitors.

Comfortable, adjustable masks. We can tighten according to our preference. Fairly covers mouth and nose without gaps. We can adjust the top portion of the mask on top of nose to close gaps. Filter is there. Looks like it is not removable. My only issue is with the thickness of the mask and the packaging. Looks very thin and light. Don't know if it provides sufficient protection. Also the outer package was damaged on delivery. Still there's seperate inner packaging for each mask, so not much of an issue. Overall a decent mask.

The face mask is good and I am using this product for almost two years now. The pack contains six individually packed masks. I always order 'head loop' design. But in my last two purchases of 6 pack each, i have received one piece each of ear loop design which are useless for me.

A genuine N95 mask including all the certifications mentioned on packaging. Quality wise it's thick enough. The material used is very much comfortable and soothing. Loops are of good quality elastic and they need to be tied at the back of head which makes it more fruitful and unique. Protection level increases automatically since this doesn't slip from nose or mouth. The packaging of the product itself is the mark of quality. It comes with one seal packet and then a sealed zipper packet for individual mask which makes a complete sense as hygiene is most important these days. For hygiene and packaging I would have given careview 10out 5. Must have product for COVID 19. DON'T THINK TWICE JUST GO FOR IT. NOT LIKE OTHER CHEAP MASK BEWARE OF THOSE FAKE CHEAP MASK.

I brought 4 time this item but first time & second time it's ok.. & comfortable.. Now they are supplying poor quality mask & sharp edges is there at nose point.. 👎🏾🙁

The, three, masks that i bought came in neat separate packets inside a smal coated paper box. The masks packets are notched for easy opning. The masks have two abnormality long behind the head straps with a toggle to tighten. They straps seem designed for a Cephalaod head. The straps are not designed for people with long hair, hair, any hair, or people who wear glasses Nor are they designed for people who have normal strength. A litle tightening of the toggle breaks it rather easily Just pulling them breaks them off from the mask making it useless. Do buy this mask only if you want to feel like Hercules, but remember after get the rush of feeling strong you will still be expensive strapless useless mask.

Uncomfortable and unjustifiable. Very pathetic product it is. worst quality it is. this is not the first time I am getting this kind. But this time I have to say and report the issue. Regarding safety issue, don't manufacture these kind of masks in future. Charge with high quality not with low quality like this. We get better masks in market but the trust with Amazon has gone nowadays. I prefer a replacement or new product of these rate and quality. Considering the fact that these are used for daily purposes, kindly ensure better quality products are packed and sold. Kindly take this issue as serious and replace with immediate effect. And I don't understand why a complaint is not posted due to insufficient characters .
