im so serious when i say i never write reviews. if a product i buy has issues, i talk to amazon or the seller or return it. even if i love it, i forget to write something because i just dont think to. but this was so good i had to. immediately out of the box, it was well and safely packaged. i was worried it wouldn't be because some others weren't, but mine came okay. it smelled pretty strongly of vinyl but that quickly went away. setup was extremely quick. i skipped microsoft and made a local profile which is always the way to go, and it was up and running in minutes. i noticed complaints about the wifi usb but its worked perfectly for me, and it even comes with a bluetooth one as well and there have been no issues with either. i use this for anything from schoolwork to gaming and i cant say anything for very huge and detailed games, but I've been playing the sims 4 with ZERO lag or struggle, and minecraft runs alright as well. i have plenty of things connected to the usb ports as well and it's been no trouble at all. there's no built in speakers of course, so i have my mini google home hooked up to it as one and it's just fine. i havent opened it or anything even though i probably should've, but the outside just had very minimal dust that was easy to wipe away. i also have a very small desk (40") but it fits on top of it just fine. tldr; came well packaged and clean. everything works like its supposed to, and for just $100 it far passed expectations. wifi connectivity and bt are perfect, runs minecraft and the sims 4 like nothing. not too big or heavy either. get it!!!

Perfect for everyday home computing or small office. Fast enough, 16GB RAM, intel 5 more than enough. I'm not a gamer,can't speak to that, I can always add another SSD. New keyboard, mouse, usb wifi adapter included. Looked new. Newly installed fresh Win 10 included. Up and running in minutes. For the heck of it, I tried and swapped in another SSD. I fiddled around, reconfigured bios, and I can reboot to new SSD and new Win if I needed. Items were packaged solidly with bubble wrap, then double boxed, arrived in 2 days. I think a few years back you couldn't buy just the used CPU for this price.

I received this within two days as advertised. The lack of packaging frankly made me wonder if it was damaged upon arrival.....but good news, it was NOT. [Faceplate had popped loose but those come off anyway...it snapped right back on] Things I did not realize: - only one full power header for ssd [the other is a CD header... ] - in fairness I probably could have researched better but I was in a hurry - NO VGA port... [this is my fault.. the photos match the unit... again.. I was in a rush... I bought an adapter and solved the issue [old monitor]] The good: - PC booted right up with my old drive as primary [from the dead PC I was replacing] - no issues... smooth as silk. - they accidentally gave me 24 GB ram.. no complaints here... thanks for the inflight upgrade.. The bad: - stuff I missed because I was in a rush.. no fault on them.. its on me - the packaging... I'm shocked there was no damage [this was the reason for the dropped star] Overall, would purchase again... may even do it again soon as I want to replace the ageing machine that houses my pi-hole.

Arrived in perfect condition, quick and clean boot to windows install. Will update if I notice any problems, but all signs point to this being a very nice little machine for the money

Wouldn't boot. Returned and asked for replacement. Replacement not even shipped almost two weeks later. You would think a company who sent out a defective product would be a little more interested in fixing the problem sooner than later in the interest of customer satisfaction.

I purchased the 16GB RAM Optiplex. The seller was Circuit-Tech. First things first: amazing packaging. Everything was packed inside rigid, air-cushioned boxes—not just air baggies, but literal BOXES made out of air columns. Even the MOUSE got royal treatment. I’ve never seen packaging like this before, but I really appreciated the commitment to protecting the product. The PC itself looked brand new. There were no dents or cosmetic damage, and it ran quietly (except during restarts). I disinfected the exterior with alcohol wipes (just in case) and even opened it up and everything was extremely clean! Even the wipes I used came out clean. I haven't used the keyboard and mouse yet as I already had my own, but they looked brand new as well. Setup was seamless. I'm no tech-bro, so I had to ask my AI for help when checking the specs, but everything looked legitimate and my AI gave it a stamp of approval. Windows 11 took a bit to get used to, but I don't mind it too much now. Multitasking is very fast. I used the Wi-Fi adapter it came with to set it up, but a lot of people in the reviews complained about it, so I didn't want to risk it melting during gaming and purchased a TP-Link Archer T3U Plus Adapter (AC1300) with an antenna for like $18 here on Amazon. I haven't had any problems with it so far. I've played Left 4 Dead and a few other indie games without any problems. I upgraded from an HP Notebook 15, which was a sad potato laptop 🥔 at its best, so this thing is super FAST by comparison. I can't speak for other sellers, but all in all, I recommend the one I got. I'll update my review if anything changes in the upcoming months.

Bought this for my father who was using a small laptop. It was delivered very promptly from Qld to Vic. Set-up was also easy and the computer starts quickly and is super quiet. Would highly recommend these renewed P.C's to anyone. Update: They forgot to send me the Keyboard, Mouse and WiFi USB but after I contacted them they emailed me back and sent me the missing items asap. On a side note, I received 2 deliveries from "Australian Computer Traders" who are in QLD within a week and I'm still waiting for 1 order from Kmart in VIC where I live, which I still haven't seen yet after 3 weeks. Thanks ACT...you rock, great customer service.

Necesitaba una PC de respaldo que tuviera una buena cantidad de puertos USB además de puerto ethernet RJ45, que tuviera lector DVD/CD y de tamaño pequeño. Realmente fue una súper ganga el precio para una PC reconstruida, llegó en tiempo sin rasguños visibles y todo funcionando a la perfección incluso estoy esperando adquirir otra unidad similar. Llegó con windows 10 Pro instalado y únicamente agregué una licencia de Microsoft versión 2019 sin problema. Tiene un procesador suficientemente rápido para usarla como equipo para demostraciones remotas por Zoom y al tenerla conectada por cable al router, no hay problema, no sacrifico nitidez ni experimento imagen congelada. Muy buena calidad en equipo reconstruido, además adquirí un contrato de soporte y garantía por tres años por un precio increíblemente bajo. Altamente recomendable adquirir equipo reconstruido y vendido por Amazon.

Todo el equipo funciona correctamente, el teclado y ratón que incluye son básicos, también incluye un adaptador wi-fi de baja calidad, es computadora básica pero muy funcional. Es una compra muy buena, trabaja al 100% sin fallas, muy rápida y estéticamente se ve bien. Su precio es razonable conforme al hardware.

I had an error with my order and received the 8gb ram version instead of the 16gb. I also didn't receive the keyboard and mouse. However after contacting them, they promptly sent the missing parts over but I did have to install the ram stick myself. Other than that, I can't fault the computer - it is clean on the inside, not dusty at all, runs silently and fast. For my purposes (web browsing, word processing) it runs like a dream.
