They work
First time I lit one and had a nice 10 pointer come right in about 20 minutes later nose up sniffing the air. I noticed using it too much or lighting multiple may make them cautious or scare them away. And give you a headache! Basically just smells like incense. Be sure to light it where you can see it they say you can use one for cover scent in your stand too. But like I said too much will give you a headache. I don’t know if it was coincidence or just a good day but it seemed to work really good. I saw 2 more bucks after that no does though. Will update once I use them more.

Deer hunting
I love these smoking sticks they work awesome. I'm buying more. The first time I used them the bucks was coming toward me in no time. I've told a few friends about them and how well they work.

Good Product
Have used this product for three years and feel they work. Think helps cover human scent and don’t have to walk through woods to put scent pads out. One negative is that product came dried out not as fresh as when I bought in local store (manufacturers must have sent me old product). Price is expensive for what you get.

I'm sorry but these synthetic scents just get ignored by deer. If Tinks wants to do a study, perhaps they might want to try sterilizing their true estrous scents to kill any bacterial IF, and I say IF it leads to the spread of CWD. I have my doubts.

The third was perfect condition and wind
I've used three of the 6 sticks that come in the pack so far this archery season. The first two times I would say the conditions were not 100% ideal for hunting. The third was perfect condition and wind. Had two does come right to the scent trail. I hunt on the side of a mountain with pretty steep slopes, usually the deer huge the ridges and travel across the mountain. I hardly ever see deer go straight up and down the mountain I hunt on. I had the two does come straight up the mountain at the smoke trail.Of course, with any scent product, you have to have deer that are in the area and in the mood to follow it. With those conditions being met, I will use my other three sticks.

works great!
I used these smoking sticks during the rut and they work great. I had two small bucks and 2 shooters follow the scent trail right to them, just below my stand. I was able to get a nice 8 pointer with these and I will be using them again next season.
