Q: This might be a dumb question, would this work in the day time light and be seen as much as the green vis? for a cyclist? or just for night-time. t

It is designed to shine under the lights, so better at night. I love mine and eveyone comments on how good it is for night running/cycling. It is a grey colour so i do wear it during the day but it is not reflective, unless you go under lights or car headlighs

Q: What's the quality of the zip like?

The zip is very good quality with no snagging when being used. Overall quality of the gilet is excellent and very comfortable.
