2 pack of small size fly swatters
I love these electric fly swatters. They come with a charging cable and very easy to recharge and last well. The power of this thing is awesome. Kills bugs like a walk in the park. You can actually put the switch into an always on mode also so you don't have to keep squeezing the trigger to activate like older ones, although it does have the switch also if you prefer that route. I have already set it down and let it on and bugs get zapped without even holding it. Also has a UV type light you can turn on to draw critters at night. Highly recommended and good deal for 2 pack of these!

Guilty pleasure, and it works
We haven't had much luck with normal fly swatters, and the first time I used bug spray in the house my wife almost evicted me. Sticky fly paper resulted in zero captures. We were desperate, and when we saw the ad for this, I couldn't resist.Perhaps it's because we're old, or because our flies are just that spry, but we haven't found this to be a "one swing, one kill" experience. But that just means when we do connect, it's that much more exciting. We've both had success. When you do connect, there's a loud, satisfying snap/pop, like with the old ribbon-fed cap guns of the 1970s. The smell's also similar - faint, like something charred.Pros: it absolutely works. Hit the fly in the mesh, it's game over. Rechargeable with any micro-USB power supply (cable included; power supply is not, but who doesn't have at least a dozen spares lying around? You can also plug it into a laptop or computer USB port or most newer cars.) Two On settings - push-to-charge, and always-on. There is a light, so if something's buzzing after bedtime that might be helpful.Cons: The always-on setting drains the battery in a hurry. The built in light didn't do much to attract the flies for us for indoor use, though maybe it's more helpful outdoors at night. Build quality doesn't feel great, but you get two for the price so I guess it's a good value.

Works as advertised.
Is fairly small. Took a minute to figure out operation but actually simple to use.

Must have!
If you have ever had a fly in your home, don’t think twice, buy it. You won’t regret it. The sound it makes when you make contact is oddly satisfying 😆

These things are the best
These do a great job zapping little flies plus they’re super fun. They do have their limits, like you need to use one of your hands, so say you’re trying to garden you just better get out that head net. But if you’re sitting on your porch with a drink in your hand, or lounging with a book on a dock, and the black flies and mosquitos come swarming they’re just super fun to wave around and zap zap zap some bugs. They also do a nice job with house flies and picnic table flies.

Lifetime replacement? Yeah right
Bought these in 2021 and now dying. Bought another set elsewhere in 2022 and 1 of the 2 pack didn't work out of the box. Contact Zap-it.us for an expedited replacement? That website doesn't exist and leads to spam. Type it in again and you get another website that pops up. Looked up address for Web Deals Direct LLC (found on BBB and company is not BBB accredited). Launched the website from BBB and it came up as SpaceSaver Bags (I will vouch for their lifetime replacement). Many of the reviews on the BBB website complain of the same thing - "so confident in our brand that product is covered by our lifetime replacement guarantee" but website it gives to contact doesn't exist. When it works it works great. Unfortunately the charging plug-in on the racket has been loose on every racket (have 4) so charging sometimes happens and other times not. I've tried multiple charging cables and they're so loose they eventually fall out. Will look for a different brand the next time. False advertising and loose connections is reason for 3 stars.

JUNK JUNK JUNK
I'm pretty sure Amazon is re-selling defective items that have been returned. When I received my item, only one racket was in the box. The box was not sealed, and the racket didn't even work. SHAME ON YOU AMAZON

turns household pest removal into a tidier, almost enjoyable safari hunting game
We have a vermicomposting bin (aka "worm ranch") in our basement, where we take our fruit and vegetable trimmings, egg shells, coffee grounds/tea leaves, etc. out of the waste stream and into producing garden compost and liquid "fertilizer" (aka "worm tea"). This is an odor free, productive, and highly ecological way to turn garbage into a useful product. You should give it a try.One downside, is that the tower of bins in the various stages of decomposition are a source of food for fruit flies, which enter via fruit skins, notably banana peels. So our ZapIt stays in the basement, and turns the emptying of the kitchen compost bucket into a rewarding sizzle of taking out a few of the fruit flies that rise up when I take the lid off the composter tower. I have had one of these for several years, but this one is rechargeable, rather than using AAA cells, which then find themselves in the spent alkaline battery recycling bin, and the cost of new batteries. Certainly the price of the ZapIt will be paid for in not having to purchase new batteries every 6 months or so. We have a greatly reduced presence of the pesky fruit flies that work their way from the basement throughout the house. We bought a "two pack" to have a ZapIt in the kitchen as well as the basement. Recharging is easy, using the ubiquitous USB chargers from cell phones, tablet, etc charging. A cable to the micro-USB socket is included; you need to provide the charger.
