So far, so nothing
Not sure what is missing, but this product has done zip nada so far.I am so discouraged by the hype these products blast to get you tobuy and try, but they just fall short of the promised results.

Excellent
If you are on the fence about this product…don’t be! My knees hurt constantly & made popping noises when I stood up! I’ve been taking this for 3 months & they no longer hurt or make popping noises! I’m a dog Walker & walk on average 8 miles a day so this product has been a life saver for me! Highly recommend!

Not worth your money
Didn't work for me, I don't have a problem with my joints being painful. I'm just starting to age.

My husband has had three surgeries on a knee and hip on same side has issues. But these really help! He can really tell if he does not take them!

I do not recommend
It did not perform as expected. Does not relieve painful joints, nor improve movement. It may work with slight arthritis, but not severe and not bone on bone.
