Is this easy enough for a man to wax his own butt crack alone having never done it before? Do i need to buy paper strips separately? Please help!

This product is hard wax, meaning you don't need the paper strips. What you do with the popsicle stick is try to apply the wax evenly on the part you want waxed and make a "lip" with the wax. Do you need to have a warmer or can you microwave?
