The tube has already been exposed to air so the entire color has turned black ( already developee due to exposure ) Totally unusable unsafe and very disappointed. Avoid buying

Although product is very good..👍👍....but the delivery i have got from the seller is very bad....product came in an already opened amazon box...the box of color is damaged...crushed...almost open .....you can see pics....thank god inside items are not damaged coz this product is not returnable...dear seller...pls take care of that...as amazon is very trusted site by a lot of people.

I got this for my mother who has almost 80% grey. We never use anything other than Indigo powder because she gets rashes on her skin. Indigo is not that effective because it doesn’t last even for 15 days. So, I persuaded her to try L’Oréal’s. Easy to use. Quick unlike indigo where we have to wait for hours together for the colour to catch on. No itchiness/allergy so far. No comment, yet, on the longevity. Will update later.EDIT: impressed. It’s lasts for so long. The colour doesn’t fade off very easily, so we only have to do root touch ups.
