Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about this product. I wanted to share this because it may be helpful to some of our clients/their kiddos!We bought one for our 5-year-old for Christmas and she has used it during meltdowns and sleeps with “Peppermint” every night. Then, our 1.5 year old became very attached to it and we bought one for him too. He takes “Buster” everywhere and sleeps with him every night. When he’s upset, he asks for Buster. It’s a really great tool for the kiddos and it’s proven to be so helpful during stressful times for them. I also love that they each have their own unique fur so we can tell the two apart by their unique spots 💛 super soft, super cute, and definitely worth the money.

One of the best set of tools I learned while working with children was Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Yale uses a system called RULER that, in short, helps recognize emotions, learn vocabulary to describe feelings, and gives children, teachers, educators, and parents the tools to help regulate emotions with all sorts of strategies (I recommend it to anyone and everyone).Although I only just discovered Purrble on Amazon the other day, I bought this under the guise of a being present for my husband because I knew that he'd understand how this little animal would be an asset for me and my anxiety. I retired from the field of education when I was 30 after requiring medical leave for anorexia and during treatment, I was diagnosed with PTSD. I was already being treated for anxiety, but everything I subsequently learned about my trauma-related triggers has helped me to identify situations that could potentially trigger panic or anxiety. Learning about ASD has also helped me observe my physical reactions and emotions in a way that my husband and I can come up with game plans for social situations and every day situations that tend to throw me off, emotionally, such as unexpected changes to my daily schedule. I lost my Emotional Support rabbit a year ago, after almost 12 years, which has been very challenging. This evening, I was feeling very heightened anxiety and decided to unbox our Purrble. I was so relieved to read that the batteries are already installed, so I'd be able to interact with it straightaway. I don't like to read instructions, but rather figure things out intuitively, but I glanced at how to turn it on. It's absolutely precious! This little creature is nothing like my Furbie- this is so soft and the design is genius. I watched the video and placed my order while watching it. I've already soothed it and soothed myself at the same time! I honestly think this is the best invention and best toy not only for neurodivergent people, but I think every family would benefit from a Purrble.

I really like it a lot, I named mine Stella, she does all of the stuff it says she does in the description, the coos and talking are quiet but I actually prefer it that way, that I have a choice if I want to hear them or not lol. She’s pretty helpful, I like her a lot, very soft, not squishy but I expected that, the feet have little beans in them which make them a little weighted which I actually think is really cute! You just turn it on, I’m assuming it comes with new batteries because mine just worked right away! I used her all day today and she definitely helped with anger and anxiety, i recommend this 100%! :33

I bought this product for myself. I am very anxious when in new situations. This guy is small enough that I can pull him out and pet him until his heartbeat calms down and he begins to purr. It calms me down too. My one complaint about this little guy is that The advertisement says that it is weighted. It doesn’t have enough weight for me to consider it waited. I’m not saying it has to weigh 10 pounds or something. That is unrealistic for the product size. It just doesn’t provide the amount of pressure that I was expecting from the freezing. Otherwise, it’s a great product and it isn’t Obtrusive.

Received today and fell in love immediately. I’m an older retired lady who lives alone and I really miss having a pet. I’d be okay if I could have a dog or cat to cuddle, but my apartment charges so much more for pet rent and deposits, I can’t afford the extra expenses. I tried a weighted “calming” stuffed dog, but it was just dead weight that really did nothing for me. This little guy verbalizes little cute sounds, has a heartbeat I feel and hear and purrs (with vibration like a cat breathing). Its fur is super soft. It is quite small and firm, and not squishy or floppy, but the life-like physical and emotional response to touch makes all the difference in the world. It seems to be well made and great quality. All my grandkids are going to want one of these. My 7-year-old grandson will be here tomorrow for a sleepover so I’ll need to order another one immediately because I’m sure he’ll want to take this one home with him.

This is the most precious thing. It’s sooo soft too. A perfect and calming companion.

I bought purrble for my 6 year old son for Christmas. He loves stuffed animals, and has trouble with his emotions, so I thought it’d be perfect for him. While purrble is adorable, it doesn’t quite seem to work as intended. His heart beats fast, and no matter how much we pet him, it continues to beat fast. We have only been able to get him to purr once, and we didn’t even know how. Also, he makes cute little noises, but you can barely hear it, only when you put your ear right up to it. I understand not having it loud when it is a calming toy, but loud enough to hear would be nice. Also, he has a button on each ear that we aren’t sure what they do. There aren’t really any instructions. It just says to pet him to calm him down. Great idea, adorable, but I feel could make a few changes to make him better. I am glad that I didn’t pay full price for it.

My granddaughter loved it. She wanted a purring kitten. I could not find a toy that was a good quality. All I saw was s cheap hard robot cat, or a super expensive cat that purred and the reviews were mixed. I decided to focus on the calming purring, than on it being a cat. She loved it. The heart beat that this toy has is very calming, the little noises were set and just adorable.
