Jerky Seasoning Spice with Cure Seasons 5 Pounds Each - Your Choice of Flavor (Texas BBQ)

Excellent flavor profile. Ordered Smokehouse seasoning also. Received open package (most likely due to postal service mishandling) and contents were mixed together in the shipping bag. Seller expeditiously sent out a replacement, with no hassles. Service like this is becoming rare in the industry, and for that reason, I will buy my jerky seasonings from them. And they do have an excellent product also!

This jerky was perfect for making venison jalopena jerky. The family said it was some of the best we have had yet.

It has an off smokey flavor included into it, but outside of that, it's a great mix. I personally think I'll use my own but I was out and this was a great in between. The entire pack makes up to 5lbs of jerky.

It was a good flavor. Didnt love it didnt hate it. A bit on the salty side.

even though its for 5lbs you can make 1lb batches 4-6 tsb of the mix and it has a small bag of curing salt in it so i would get a small container dump the mix in it and the curing salt and mix it up well i just did my first batch with out the salt due to me thinking it was some kind of O2 or moisture absorber

This product did a great job seasoning the meat for jerky. It turned out great.

This seasoning made good flavor over all compared to other seasonings I've used . A little pricey for what you get but Soo is everything now days.

I used Eldon's peppered seasoning for fist time today. Turned out great!! Used London broil cut on a Nesco dehydrator-- took 7.5 hours to dry, but well worth the wait. It came out a little saltier than it could've been, as I cured the meat using tender quik, not realizing there was a small packet of cure hidden within the seasoning packet, so I used it, too. Oh well !!! I will definitely be checking out more products from Eldon.
