I sue the machine to clean my marble floor. It does and amazing job to cleaning and then polishing.

I got the machine within a day of ordering, the pads came the next day. I used the machine on a 55 year old slate floor that I think has never been cleaned. I went slowly and the machine got everything off the floor. Easy to use and a quiet motor. I'm very pleased.

I hadn't deep cleaned my tile floor because it's too hard to do. This Bissel made it easy to clean standing up. I used their natural fiber brown union mix brush and actually cleaned off the old sealer and re sealed it anew, first time in 5 years. I'm very happy with it!

This does a great job cleaning my grout that has only been mopped for many years. It didn't get it back to original color (which I didn't expect it to) but it did clean it up. I used the Bissell tile & grout cleaner. I also used the green scrub brush attachment. It did take awhile to get it clean but I think that's because my grout was really dirty. My only complaint is that the piece where the reservoir hose attaches to the base keeps coming loose & I have to be careful I don't lose the little spring in there.

This might be the first aweful experience I have had with Amazon. I received this product and it was missing a piece that holds the water tube in place. Small black rubber piece, from what it looks like in the picture. I called amazon to see if I could get that missing part and they said No; plus they could not exchange it. I would have to return it, and pay a higher price for a replacement. This is because the price went up 50 dollars, so now I would have to pay the more expensive price. I talked to a supervisor after being on hold for 30 plus minutes because all supervisors were busy. Only for the supervisor to do nothing. So I started packing back up the machine and while I was doing this I noticed that the plug was not an American plug, it was a European plug...Hahah. Jokes on me!

This is the real deal. I bought another brand from Amazon and had to return it because the motor stopped working after two uses. This one has had no problems. I really like the onboard tank for cleaning solution and the fact that the handles need to be pressed on order for the machine to start. Even though it looks like the other residential one sit is really much better to use.

Unit cleans well. Wish they had wheels or some way to transport unit through plant. We had to put it on a 2 wheeler to move it place to place.

While the machine cleans well, when it works, the hose that dispenses the floor cleaner constantly gets detached. The handles keep falling off as well. I have purchased 1 and returned within 3 days for theses issues. Got the replacement and have used maybe 10 times and the same thing has happened AGAIN. Hose wont stay in place and the handles have fallen off.
