I was already taking the liquid drops but they are too expensive and I'm glad I found this product. I hope it stays cost effective. It really does curb the appetite and it's good because my med insurance stopped paying for weight management meds. I've been off for two weeks and continued taking this for the last couple of days after the liquid drops ran out. Hunger is still under control. And just like with the drops I seem to be getting good calorie burn according to fitbit.

I don’t normally write reviews. But for this, I had to! These I have been taking for about 2 weeks now, and they really do curb my appetite with no unwanted side effects! They work as intended as my problem is just too much of portions and night binging but I’ve been able to stop that completely! I’m skk on happy I’ve found This. I will say I eat clean and work out often -5 days a week, and this just helps keep my diet in check and I’m looking smaller all over. Weighed in only one lb lighter but I’m going to continue with this product as I see it met my needs. Thank you! (2 pills a day).

They sort of smell like raspberry ketones... But I am questioning the quality. I'm taking 2 per day. Some research suggests taking 8-12g per day... Maybe I should up my dosage? I have taken raspberry ketones before and they worked well for appatite suppression. I have not had such results this time at a higher dosage.

Excellent value, good product

No need to change anything, just 2 per day and in practically no time your thin again. Only thing that worked after trying everything else I could think of. The statement above which I did not right but possibly I did the last time I purchased these Raspberry ketones is absolutely true. The only 2 things that I have to add is #1: The more active you can be, like dancing or walking more etc the faster you will lose weight. And #2: If you are living under a stressful situation, try whatever you have to do to stay away from any stress. I've had 2 times where I gained weight because of stressful situations, I moved to a better place and got back down to my normal lifetime weight which is usually 115-120 lbs, I'm 5'7 1/2" tall. Other than that I lost 38 lbs in 6-8 weeks and kept on until I lost 60 lbs and had to buy size 9 Junior size clothes. My secret is that I had a friend nearby and I danced at hos place and we went out to lots of DJ gig because my friend was a DJ and he always knew where a DJ Other than him was playing. I loved it but he doesn't DJ anymore but he does MC for a DJ who doesn't know what to play to get people up on the dance floor so my friend helps and works with him now. So I haven't been dancing as much as I would like to and I have put on a little weight. Also, because I had to buy a different brand of ketones (plus), which do not work as well as this brand and burned my throat from whatever the " Plus" was that was added, I am so happy that I was almost through with that bottle and threw the rest away. Now I will see results and will be the dancing fool instead of the "Dancing Queen " I was during and since the Disco Era, which is still the way I dance to the same Disco music.

I have been taking these for many years. This is a good product and I highly recommend it.

I know we are all trying to lose weight and find that perfect supplement, but if you are a Type 2 diabetic and monitoring your blood sugar you may want to try this product. There have been studies done that raspberry ketones are useful in lowing blood sugar. I have only been taking these a couple of days, but have noticed significantly lower blood sugar. Of course you have watch what you are eating and monitor your sugar, but these seem to work for me. It is too soon to tell if they are helping me lose weight, so I will continue using the product and re-post about the weight loss results at a latter date. I have noticed that they also seem to help me with snack/sugar cravings. Hope this helps someone!

I have tried even 4x the recommended dose, and tested 2 or 3 times during the day and found there was no increase in my ketone levels. Perhaps the bottle sent to me had been stored in a hot place for too long before it shipped out. This item was delivered August 21st 2022 and I live a little over 100 miles from Big Bend which known for being quite hot.
