SmileReader Combo Kit of 50 Ovulation Tests and 20 Pregnancy Tests, Free Tracker app, OPKs, HPTs (50 LH + 20 HCG)

I'll stick with mommed. After many attempts the app kept saying it could not capture image. I followed directions and placed my strip with results on the back of the pouch it came in and lined up the red lines. I contacted the company from the app and they just have me a link for directions that I already tried repeatedly. Also these strips are very skinny compared to other opk's I have purchased and the lines both test results and control line are very faint. Ladies who are ttc save yourself the frustration and get something better like mommed or easy@ home Update: Got a positive on my Clearblue Digital opk when these showed negative. I never got a peak on these strips. I would have missed my chance this month had I not used the Clearblue opk. Im pissed and very upset that this company has the nerve to make money off of this s***!

These are the worst ovulation tests I have EVER had. Attached is a picture of my “peak” result. Ummm what? In what universe is that remotely close to a peak result? Anyhow, it was obviously wrong. But after paying for so many I kept using them thinking maybe the app just sucks. No they are terrible without the app as well. I almost missed my actual peak result because these test strips never got much darker. The test line was NEVER as dark or darker than the control line. Maybe I got a bad batch but if I hadn’t used so many of them already I would try to refund for my money back. The ovulation strips are so bad that I wouldn’t remotely trust the pregnancy tests.

I have a lot of thanks to give to this company. Let me take you on my journey with this product! I’ve been on B.C. for 10 years. My first cycle off bc lasted 35 days (remember day 1 is the day you get your period. I started using SmileReader during my 2nd cycle off bc. I was also pairing my SR ovulation strips with ClearBlue’s advanced digital ovulation stick. I started testing on Day 10. DO NOT use first morning pee for the ovulation test. I tested around noon everyday after holding in my pee for 4 hours. You must download the SmileReader app which makes everything easy to read. After you take a photo of your strip it will give you a #. 1-8 means your are NOT ovulating. I made this mistake during cycle 2 when I saw a 6 or 7 & thought it meant something. It doesn’t. I never got my LH surge (#9or 10) during cycle 2. My period came early at 22 days. But I did not give up! Cycle 3 I started testing again around day 7 (along with the CB test again). On Day 12 I saw a 1.5, day 13 a 5, and day 14 a 7. Something in my head told me to test again later on day 14 and I was right. I got my LH surge (#9)! My CB advanced test also confirmed this. Now this does NOT mean you are currently ovulating, it means you should ovulate within 24-26 hours.Fast forward 10 days after ovulation, 6 days before my missed period. I was so anxious to take a pregnancy test I couldn’t wait. First test was negative. I tested again 2 days later (after implantation HCG levels rise and double every 2 days). You MUST use first morning pee with the pregnancy test (opposite of ovulation test). That morning I woke up, peed on the strip, waited 5 minutes, and saw the faintest line. I was still half asleep & thought I was imagining things but my husband saw it too. I captured it with the app & it said low level 0-1. So I tested again the next morning. The line was still faint (slightly darker) but this time the app said HCG is produced and I got a level 1. I read from doctors online that even if you see the faintest line, then you SHOULD be pregnant as false positives almost never occur. This gave me so much hope. The cool thing about the SmileReader app is that it has an “invert” and “grey” tool to get a better insight at the faint lines (pictured below with my 2nd test). On the day of my missed period I tested again. This time I got a 1.5. I confirmed this with ClearBlue Rapid & Digital Tests. We’re pregnant!I truly recommend this product. The ovulation tests are fine. They take a lot longer to do the result than other brands. The pregnancy tests are awful! I have gotten positives on frer, Walmart brands, and clear blue rapid and only negatives with these test strips. It claims 10 miu. I would recommend ditching the combo kit.

I purchased this product because it was one of the cheapest for how much it came with. The product works and is similar to other tests on amazon that come in bulk. The three things I noticed is1) the wait time for this test is 5 minutes, unlike the 3 mins for most. 2) the 5 full minutes is almost always needed, regardless of how far along you are, before it starts showing up and definitely before it shows up completely (my expierence with other similar tests had it showing up way quicker & to its full extent almost immediately). 3) Other amazon tests bought in bulk, DT tests and cheap WM tests had a much darker positive, when positive, at any gestation of pregnancy than this one did. It still showed up for sure, but the contrast in darkness is clearly visible between this test & others. Something to keep in mind.Overall, good buy for the price. Especially the ovulation sticks. They were dark & correct every time.

Just received my package and something told me to take an ovulation test, and to my luck I’m at a peak 9.0 that is a first for me. I’ve struggled with PCOS, and been trying for a baby for about 3 years, and just recently had a miscarriage. But seeing this just brighten up my day, and hoping to soon have my little rainbow baby. I used these strips for a few months but the ovulation tests never seemed to match up with my calendar on my phone, didn’t think much of it and kept trying, after 7 months I was 1 day late and decided to take one of the pregnancy tests, it came back negative. Figured this was accurate and went on about life to try again next month, well after two more days went by still late I went to my local store and bought 3 different pregnancy tests, 1 clear blue, 2 first response… guess what? I’M PREGNANT. Thinking maybe my hormones just weren’t strong enough yet to detect 3 days prior just for the heck of it I tested with another from this box, came back negative. I am now 8 weeks and opened every pregnancy test strip in this kit and tried them, all say negative. Buyer beware!
