Delicious nostalgia
Delicious. It tastes just like the cheese shakers that were available in the 90s from a popular brand name Mac n cheese company. This was exactly what I was looking for.

OF COURSE it doesn't really taste like cheddar cheese. (What's wrong with you people?)
For anyone who likes taking things way too literally: THIS DOESN'T ACTUALLY TASTE LIKE CHEDDAR CHEESE. It's not supposed to! It's supposed to taste like that delicious orange popcorn that always disappears first from those holiday tins. And this is a very close match! Stuff is tasty! I'm too lazy to toss my popcorn in oil to make it stick, but discovered that layering it, lightly spraying with butter-flavored cooking spray, then powdering it works the easiest for me. When the bown is full, stir it a little and you're good to go. My girflriend turned her nose up at it when I was making it, then wouldn't keep her hand out of my bowl after I sat next to her. I finally got up and made a second bowl for us to share. I have NFC what is in this stuff, nor do I want to know. I just know it tastes good and makese me happy.

Clumps up
Great taste but unfortunately was only able to use it a few times before it turned into a big hard clump. Unusable after that, had to trash it.

Did NOT like the taste.
I did not like the taste of this stuff at all. To me it tasted of “chemicals” rather than cheddar cheese. I absolutely would not purchase it again. Having said the above, I acknowledge that everyone tastes things differently and perhaps this is just a “me” thing.

One time use or very limited shelf life
Used it once and by the time I went to use it again itb it had turned into a solid block of salt or whatever it is. So that was a waste
