Amazing! One is the best purchases we could have made. It's always been taught to use hot water to clean, well in our old steam cleaner we had to manually put in all hot water which also drained our hot water heater 🤔 BUT with the EDIC cleaner, not only does it have more capacity than our old cleaner but we don't have to pour the hot water into it! After a few seconds running the machine we flip the switch on the heater and steam and hot water come out 😊

Last only 4 months and no answer to find a way to fix or check it from seller or warranty
I can't say it's perfect because it doesn't heat as I wanted or expected... not to almost boiling water of course but I think i know a reason why it didn't do better...-i was using almost 100ft hose and the fact that it had to travel a lot just made it loose heat-and maybe because I have regular hoses that are not helping keep the heatafter 5 minutes on the heat came out ok to the end of the hose to the carpetNote...The Good thing is that It's a lot better using it because I dont have to be carrying hot water buckets to fill tank to my portable extractor to remove and clean better with hot waterSo, i do recommend it to save time refilling tanks with hot water buckets, just use a water hose and fill on the spot since it will come out hot anywaysBuy hot pressure hose to keep heat flowing and use shorter chemical hose possible to travel hotToday July 19 of 2019 the heater stop working... 4 months later... don't know what happened and need to contact seller now 🤷🏻♂️

I’d personally avoid
Heats really well, but I’d avoid. Most models if you accidentally run dry continue to work. The Edic stops working immediately. Mines toast after only a few mths. I know I should of paid more attention but got busy and forgot to check the water level once. Poof!

Who & Where is American Extractors?
I purchased this heater back in March 2019 as a backup to my Galaxy 2700 and December 20th of 2019 I used it for the 2nd time after connecting it and turning on the power switch water immediately came pouring out around the seal and blew the breaker in the facility. After try to contact American Extractors it seems this company doesn't want to be contacted. Their web page is full of 404 errors when clicking on contact us, when you click on the Facebook button it goes to a shopify site. This has a 2 year warranty so who do I contact?
