Unfortunately, this product burned my face horribly. As a consumer with high melanin most of the burns are hidden by my skin complexion. I had high hopes for this product.

I was pleasantly surprised with this little unit. I had a Nubalance for years and loved the suction power. I was worried that this would not be as strong but it was. Plus I love all the different attachments and levels. I love this unit.

Great product with reasonable pricing

Product worked great until the charging base stopped charging and I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere!!! For something this expensive I expected a longer lifespan!

I bought one for my girlfriend and I bought one for my wife. They both love them.

Works great suction power not really the greatest. Will get most for exfoliating but deep black heads it struggles or won’t get. Recommend follow instructions on usage. Wouldn’t know on sensitive skin as per my lady she doesn’t have that issue.

Tried it 2 times and so far nothing, of course I am new at it. I will continue using it because the first time I saw a lot of dead skin, second time none so I will give it a chance. Be careful you could ged red at sensitive place,

I owned the classic one for years. Wanted a little upgrade so I purchased this. The high "intense" suction is not the same as on my old classic. It's much less, will be returning it. Get this if you have sensitive skin, for the lower suction. If not save yourself the money and get the pro or classic. The wireless feature is a luxury you don't really notice.

Very easy to use and durable. The only thing is that the pin to put the disks is not centered so it hits one side of the opening at an angle.
