Did exactly what I wanted it to do.

Helps stretch out muscles
I use this on my 19yr old son's left arm to stretch out his muscles while he is sleeping...He tends to keep his elbow very tight & bent ......it works great because it is soft, adjustable and doesn't dig into his skin .........

Not bad for an uncomfortable need!
As uncomfortable as this thing had to be to do its job it provided good support and was soft enough it did not irritate my sensitive skin.
