Thunderbolt 4.0 is overkill for most people's use cases, so this 3.0 cable provides a good balance of value and features. Arrived as described and works out of the box as expected. Keep in mind that if you want to connect your laptop to a powerful monitor, you may need to keep your laptop plugged in and charging, or it may flash the screen intermittently. Also make sure that whatever device you use is thunderbolt compatible, a laptop/PC usb-c port should have a lighting symbol or a DP symbol beside it, otherwise it won't carry video. All new phones should be compatible. The cable is thick and feels durable. The housing for the chip at the port ends of the cable is large which is a good sign that it's genuine and peformant. I'm using it to drive my 4k 144hz KVM monitor without issue.

I use it to connect a monitor with my macbook pro. It does the job, charges the laptop and I can use an extra monitor as well. I had a cable that was as twice as long and it was all over, this one is short enough, so it is neat and clear. Delivery was extremely fast, thanks for that, my old cable was falling apart and sometimes disconnected and it was extremely annoying, so I didn't need to stand it for much longer. So it is all great, thank you!

Got this to transfer files from one Mac to another and it worked. It's short, admittedly, but apparently Thunderbolt speed is extremely sensitive to cable length, so keeping it short helps to ensure a fast transfer.

This is a well made cable from Anker, however it will not fit through the Logitech Combo Folio case and so is sadly useless to me. Its a shame that all Manufacturers don't standardise the size of the actual plastic plug as well as the metal part.

Works as it says. On my s20+ it states that it is charging 'super fast' I also use a 100w wall charger to plug this lead into. Very pleased at its speed.

Well built and sturdy for a fair price. Usual quality from Anker, no speed bottlenecks and full power delivery as expected. Would definitely recommend.

I've had this cable 8 months. In that time it's literally only been carefully placed on a desk, with nothing heavy on it, no kinks, no stretching, no misuse (40w under the power limit on an official HP Thunderbolt docking unit), and no extreme temperatures. 8 months down the line it's just ... useless. At best it provides a trickle charge, and USB connectivity, for the Android and Windows Mobile devices that I tested it on. Where-ass if I use an old Microsoft USBC cable (from the Windows phone) they both fire up the fast charge, no issues. However my laptop (what it's needed for) won't even recognise it for charging at all, leaving me up the creek with a Thunderbolt dock as a paddle. I truly don't want to use a laptop dock as a paddle, if I can help it. I should've seen the warning signs months ago ... fishy connectivity with the dock, and more. But this is just useless for me now. At best it might do if I find something that is just pure connectivity, but even then I don't know if the bandwidth has been scuppered by whatever is wrong here. Now, I could have been unlucky, here, Anker are generally a good brand. However, in short, this is completely trashed, and pointless. Glad I reviewed it late!

Ca câble est de très grande qualité, on sent la solidité et la fiabilité du produit dès la sortie de son emballage. Fonctionnement parfait aussi, fait bien le travail qu'on lui demande, aussi qualitatif qu'un Apple ou autre grande marque qui fabrique du Thunderbolt. Il permet de faire passer le son, l'image et recharge votre Mac (entre autres). Personnellement je l'ai renvoyé à Amazon car j'ai trouvé une autre alternative et je ne l'utilisais finalement plus mais ça reste un produit que je recommande totalement et qui vaut largement le coup.
