Divoom Planet-9 Smart Mood Lamp, Night Lights with Programmable RGB LED for Bedroom Gaming Room Office Cordless Table Lamp, Pink 

I bought this to spice things up a bit in my office at home. Originally, I was going to use it on camera while streaming to have cute backlight in the background, but unfortunately, this light is too small so it's not super bright on camera. However, that won't make me rate this product down because of that. Pros: Super cute Easy to charge A lot of templates to download to change your lights Good use as decoration & as a night light Easy to use app Cons: Music function doesn't work as I expected. The music still comes out of my phone when it's supposed to come out of the lights itself? Other than this, I didn't find any other con.

I love this mood lamp!! It’s super cute and easy to use. It was smaller than I expected which I personally love because it’s much more compact and easy to transport and doesn’t take up too much room, but for its size, the brightness is so impressive! It pairs easily to my phone through the app so you can make your own custom colors too! It’s also wireless and rechargeable which is a nice bonus. This definitely met and exceeded all my expectations!

No defects, works great. The silver antenna thing is a push button that you use to change the mode/direction of the colors but if you turn it, it changes to a series of colors. Quite cool, doesn’t play music or anything like that but it’s connected to the Divoom app and that app is bluetooth, connects to your phone… and has hundreds, maybe thousands of different color modes and moving color modes, etc. It all comes down to, yes it’s nice as a little night light lamp.

Very cute… I didn’t get a chance to test the light because I noticed a bunch of cracks around the edge. I am planning to exchange it so hopefully the new one will arrive in better condition. Update: the replacement arrived in excellent condition. The lighting options make this very unique. The only complaint I have is with the charging cord… the supplied charging cord is too snug which makes it difficult to insert and remove. I was able to use a different cord which will lessen the risk of damaging the charging port on the device.

I recently converted one of our old bedrooms into an office and was looking for something to spice up the room. I came across the Divoom Planet-9 Mood Lamp and I must say, I am pleasantly surprised with this product. Their app makes it extremely easy to choose the lights you want. You can make your own colors/lightshow or you can choose to use someone else's that uploaded it to the Divoom app. This is a lot better than trying to mess with RGB light strips, in my opinion. It's completely wireless and comes with a charger. This lamp is smaller than I originally thought but I'm glad. I put it under my desk's TV stand and faced it towards the wall. Doing this makes it light up the whole area versus pointing the light directly towards me (which is quite blinding lol). I listen to music all day with my speakers so using the lamp's music visualizer mode is so fun. I recommend it for anyone who wants their music to feel more alive. I really like this lamp and I will probably get another one. If you're on the fence about purchasing this lamp, just dive in and do it! You won't regret it.

I saw this in a TikTok and thought it was so cute that I had to have it. The Amazon price is MUCH cheaper than what it's listed for on the company website, but even for the $40 listed price it's pretty overpriced for what it is--looking back, I'm pretty thankful I had a gc and points to offset the purchase. It's a desk decoration (just a bit larger than your hand) whose lights you can program via the Divoom app. You can basically program any color combination you want, and there are several light settings that you can choose from to customize how the colors are displayed. You can program it to turn on and off by clapping your hands, and it can also notify you of texts/calls by changing colors. I'm only giving this 3 stars because this thing can't hold a charge for very long, and it gets pretty tedious to charge. You get a day's worth of continuous play after charging it for the recommended time of 4 hours, then it turns off. I have a moon lamp (also from Amazon) that I purchased for a similar purpose that lasts longer than this. Cute trinket, but the constant charging is something you should def consider before buying.

6 year olds to 60 year olds just love this little light. The app is easy to use and fun to play around with. So many options for colors and it goes great in any room. It is easy to dim if you just want to add a little extra night light or brighten up a room. Great gift!

Within a few months of purchase, but sadly after the return window, the product failed to take or maintain a charge. Their support offers complex excuses about using only a specific 5v USB charger - but it fails even when using the included charger or a stated compatible one. Never mind that if you build a product that supports a USB charging port you should expect that customers will assume they can use any USB charger - that's the point of it being universal. We've had 2 Divoom products fail in the same way, this and one of the small computer display/speaker toys. Poorly engineered product with a cute design and 'gram-worthy shots for the weeks that it works. Will not be purchasing this or any of their brand's products again.
