My sister-in-law introduced these to me. I was shocked at how well they worked. I put it on my itchy spot and the itchness stopped almost immediately and stayed that way as long as I had the patch on. They stay on a long time too.

I am extremely sensitive to mosquito bites and they will quickly swell to quarter size. Unfortunately I apparently taste delicious to mosquitoes because I can be outside for 30 seconds and get several bites. These patches are amazing! I apply them as soon as I notice a bite. The bite still itches for a little while but it doesn't swell and the bite is almost always gone by the time the patch falls off (usually a week or so). They stay on even after showering or bathing and are so sticky I sometimes have to use rubbing alcohol to remove leftover adhesive on my skin. I have sensitive skin and sometimes break out in a rash with bandaids but these do not cause any sort of rash even after wearing them for a week or more.

The longer you can keep it on the better. I recently had 3 or 4 bites where I slapped these on but on a warm sweaty night they didn't keep the bite from swelling so I had to use the hydrocortisone to calm down the itching. If you can find the 'sweet spot' position that keeps it from swelling and leave it on a good 2-3 days it works well enough to not have to itch it again. Ankles can be tricky. Sometimes you need 2 placed in different directions on one bite to 'tame' it to where it doesn't flare up. If you apply one then it itches like crazy later, take it off and replace it with a new one angled a bit differently or use 2 or 3 to cover the whole red area. So far, I've learned that if it gets wet but still does the job then leave it. Don't change it out unless it comes off on its own from swimming or bathing. I still keep the hydocortizone on hand because sticking it correctly for the body part can be trial and error.

This is such a good product! I thought that this was kind of some kids' gimmick at first, but I brought them out of desperation on a camping trip where the mosquitoes were winning. Unbeknowing to me I put one on, and forgot about it until later I realized that I wasn't itching anymore. I'm not sure how it works, but I think I read it has something to do with the pattern of the sticker. Pro's: Works almost immediatly after applying (3-5mins) , you honestly forget that it is on you, unlike creams or bigger products, keeps itching and swelling at bay. Con's : The minute you take these off (before a couple of days of healing) you will start to feel the itching again. Some of the patches can lose their stick and you have to replace it, not often, but sometimes.

These were a game changer for me. I’m highly allergic to mosquito bites and get major swelling and itching and possibly hospitalized. Now, if I get bitten, I just put one of these patches on and the itching stops. I just keep one on until itching and swelling deceases.

When I first started getting these a year ago, they would stick on the shower through everything until I pulled them off. And now the adhesive comes off really easily in the shower. It just rubs off with putting up pajamas. It’s not a good product, so I’m a shot for a different one.
