Tear very easily
Unfortunately one of the two bags just ripped when I picked it up - not overfilled, just not very sturdy. Did the trick though as needed them to keep food cold while I was defrosting a freezer and that was fine. Not a great buy if you want to carry stuff any distance, but fine for taking shopping to keep frozen stuff cold etc.

Easily breaks with a medium/heavy load - it tears the fabric
At first usage, the design and the square shape seem good, to allow space for lots of things; and the zip is handy. But as soon as you fill up the container with about 10 kg or less of items, it will break the bags quite badly when you pick them up and carry them (It's advertised as supporting 13.6 kg). The fabric will tear near the handles. You can still carry things in the torn container, but it's fragile - and things could drop out. This happened on both of the bags. They come as a pair.

Great bags
I have used these bags for taking food on holiday and used them every week when going shopping. So far they have stood up to the challenge since purchasing them end of April. Therefore I would recommend

Husband needed to take some food and drinks for after a football match and they kept very cool in these bags with ice packs too all day

A little flimsy but OK
Arrived quickly. Hold a good quantity of goods but on picking it up for the first time, one of the handles slipped out of my grasp and unfortunately the outer material tore open. Will try and repair on sewing machine, otherwise a good bag

Handy bag
Great quality, strong bag just handy for everyday shopping to. With the zip keeps things warm when I'm doing the take out run for the family, I prefer Indian and the rest like Chinese so I get both and get home and still nice and warm. One bag lives in the car now.
