Great product and fantastic customer service
I bought this as a lock-down hobby and had never attempted something like this before. The quality of the product is excellent, with a very handy guidance ‘map’, well marked paints and good brushes. I got half way through and realised I needed more paint as I’d been a bit heavy handed on some pots. Within 48 hours of sending them a message, I received a full set of additional paint pots - no quibble or fuss. And it has been a really absorbing hobby - I’ve lost hours on it with a real sense of achievement, and it looks really good - more to do with the product than the painter. I would highly recommend this and will be ordering more.

great value and product
Great paint by numbers set. Good quality canvas and acrylic paint. Some of the lighter colours might need an extra coat in some areas but that's not a problem. nice picture, easy to follow, numbers are clearly printed, and comes with everything you need to hang it up when you're finished. Buy it!

Very good but change the brushes
Very good paint by number, paints work well and there is more than enough of it. Picture is really nice and looking good so far. I don’t really care about the wrinkles, can get rid of them easily. Main complaint is quality of the brushes are not good, gave up on them in the first 2 minutes of painting. Not too much of a problem for me personally as I have plenty others but still annoying. Overall, the paint by number itself is very good.

Nice painting
Great detailed picture. The colours are great and the selection of brushes means I can get into the little details. Lovely painting when it's finished. Very impressed so far

Amazing would buy again 10/10
My experience with this product has been amazing it’s super fun and therapeutic, i love spending time completing it when i’m stressed out and it’s super satisfying to work through it and although it’s a slow process seeing it come together is worth it. The brushes provided are also of a high quality and the paint is amazing too. The canvas paper it comes on is amazing too. Definitely recommend 10/10 ッ

Decent but poor quality brushes
Brushes are really poor quality. Had a buy new ones to finish. The colors are also not enough to finish painting

Trust The Process - The Final Painting Looks Amazing!
TL;DRCanvas came folded, so it had a lot of creases. Paints were great, but they got dry towards the end. Some of the colours didn't match the reference image (e.g., taxi colour). That all said, the final painting (photo 8) looks amazing and I had a lot of fun painting it!REVIEWIn the package, you get:– the canvas– 2 reference sheets (1 number guide poster + 1 colour reference image)– 24 paints– 3 paint brushes– 2 hooks and screws to hang the canvasThe canvas came folded, so it unfortunately had a lot of creases. I laid it number-side down, splashed some water on the back, and ironed it on a high heat. This worked fairly well (see photo) but it didn't get rid of all of the creases. It would have been better if the canvas came rolled up instead of folded.I also put masking tape on all the edges and taped the canvas to a piece of cardboard. This helped keep it flat and also meant I finished the painting with nice clean edges. Plus, it was super satisfying to take the masking tape off at the end!The canvas is very clearly labelled, even in the smaller sections. I never had any issues trying to figure out what colour I was supposed to be painting. I rarely had to consult the number guide poster, but it was invaluable when I needed it.The paints were easy to paint with – in the beginning. Towards the end of the painting, they got very dry and stodgy. I had to mix them with a bit of water to get the consistency back to normal. Sometimes they'd get too watery and I'd need multiple coats to make sure they covered the lines and numbers underneath, even for the darker colours. I also needed multiple coats for the lighter colours – especially the white, yellow, and orange. Some of the paints did not match the colour reference image (see photo). This was most noticeable in the taxi. The reference image had a light brown door, whereas my painting used dark orange or reddish brown. It annoyed me when I was painting, but now that I can see the full image (photo 8), I think it looks brilliant! So my advice to you would be to trust the process (and yourself)!
