It just works!
We had the same problems others had--frozen water line. The very nice repairman who came to look at the fridge took one look at it and said "frozen water line," and provided the usual advice--thaw out the door, use a hair dryer, empty the freezer, etc. So I googled "frozen water line refrigerator" and eventually found this. It's such a dead simple tool. We didn't even take the hose apart on the bottom of the door, and after about six or seven squirts of hot water, the frozen line was cleared. You could feel it working as the hose went deeper into the interior water line on each try. We then ran the water for a few minutes and, voila, problem solved. I wish I'd known about this sooner! It doesn't take a lot of water--the syringe is smaller than I thought it would be. I thought it would be the size of a turkey baster, but it's nowhere near that big. But it doesn't take much water to melt the frozen line. This thing is a bargain.

It will make a mess, but worth it!
I liked that this actually cleared the frozen water line. We had been struggling for years. Other than the mess on the floor I would highly recommend this product over buying a new refrigerator!

Great fast Product!
It took less than a minute including the heating of the water to get the line defrosted! Great product if you need something fast and cheap to defrost the line!

Parece mentira que un aparato tan sencillo, pueda resolver el problema de congelación de la salida del agua. Antes había que descongelar el refri para que funcionara, o hablar a un técnico. Aunque el precio es caro por lo que es en sí, vale cada centavo.
