Purchased 2 of these for my Dell ST2310 monitors. They do no work. Included documentation mentions using existing base mounting hardware to secure these adapters. Obviously the manufacturer has never even seen the ST2310 as it has no mounting hardware. Very disappointed.

Removing the base was a little tricky but it can be done with a single screwdriver. There's a small finger sized lid that you need to pop out to reach one of the screws that keep the stand in place.

I used these on an older monitor that doesn't have mounting holes. The stand I mounted on is a bracket for a sit/stand desk. The mount isn't adjustable so the monitors are at an angle pointing downwards and isn't great when using in the stand position. With a tilt mount this won't be an issue.

Finish on the mount was top notch.Seller replied back to my message specifying the exact Dell monitor my client had before shipping.Only thing I can maybe provide feedback on is have just a single paper with some basic IKEA like instructions for users not so familiar with setting up VESA mounts.

I've had this Dell monitor for years, using it on and off - mostly off since going to a monitor stand. Now I can use it again, didn't know such a thing existed. Great execution of the design to use what little Dell gives you.
