It is a little narrow but overall good

The actual arm rest piece is pretty sturdy, the strap that goes over the neck and it cushion could be a little more heavy duty. I've been using it for two weeks now and it gets the job done

I have wanted one of these for such a long time. My expectation was that this would help to hold your elbows in, locking them in at your side. This would increase the concentration on the biceps and remove some aid by shoulders or other muscles.My reality is a product that is more like a cheap preacher curl. The side pieces stick out but do not go back far enough along the side of the body. As a result the elbows stick out almost in front of the body. This becomes very uncomfortable and even painful. The Preacher curl station is far better and more comfortable.In hindsight, if this was the intended design; that does not match my expectation. Had I known this I would not have bought it. The image is misleading. The image of the product demonstrates my expectation. The image shows the elbows locked in at the person's sides. This is not possible with the product I received. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Bought this on a whim. Really great purchase. Almost doubled my curls and eased the pain on my wrist. Had to come write a review. I'll be back in 6 months to let ya'll know how sturdy the device is.

This is from my first use. I've never used one before so it might be that I need to get used to it. The bar seems too straight and doesn't form around my chest as much as I think it should. Creates a lot of pressure on my rib cage making it hard to breathe. The arm part doesn't lock in my arms very well, especially when I'm sweaty. My left arm kept slipping out because of sweat. May update after I've used it for a while.
