Acidic but quality is ok
It's acidic. 2 drops fell on my skin while opening and it burnt. So please be careful while using. Dilute it as recommended. Also good to use hand gloves wile using. Follow the steps and cleaning will be good.

Excellent product at reasonable price for cleaning mosaic and tiles.
Easily cleans food gravy stains on mosaic even when mixed with water in the ratio 1:2 (1 Roff and 2 water). Wipe the stain with Roff plus water and then again wipe with clean wet cloth twice (before Roff dries up on floor).
