A great start to healing your gut!
I found out so much about my gut and what foods I should cut back on. I was having so many stomach aches, even on an anti-inflammatory diet. One of my biggest ones was meat. Who knew?! Some of it was pretty vague, like “polysaccharides”. There are a lot of polysaccharides out there! So I wish it could be a little more specific, but I know that’s really hard to do with this kind of test. My stomach is feeling better now that I’m eating a more plant-based diet, and that makes my whole world better!

Gimmick
Not accurate.....this is not the only test I took. It's pretty strange when you take 2 tests and get 2 different results. Sounds like scam if you ask me.

Helped me figure out what’s been going on
I suddenly had GI issues and this helped me to see that I have overgrowth of some bad bacteria! It gives suggestions of what to do with supplements and diet, and I was able to research a health protocol.

Easy and simple instructions and registration
I purchased this item because I'm interested in improving my overall quality of life. I just sent off my specimen so im waiting on the results. However, it was very easy to obtain my stool specimen. It was very easy to register my kit. All the instructions were simple and easy to follow. So far, I'm very pleased with the process.

Great test!
Great test; almost too detailed. Would be better if they coupled it with better health action plans.

Alright
It took a few weeks but after I got my results it became very confusing. A lot of contradictory information and a lot of things that flat out were scientific gibberish. I thought I'd be able to google the information about my gut that I did not know, and ultimately take away certain things to look for in a probiotic or something to improve my health, but even that was confusing. Did not end up using the results as I had hoped and regret purchasing. They should really try to make it more user friendly if they are going to offer it for purchase to the public.
