I used this alongside my CIM Digital Strategy module - and because I'm a bit of a Dave Chaffey stalker - and it did not disappoint. It's been a great tool both as a text book and as an encyclopedia to dip in and out of as I need to. Very well structured and far easier to follow than many other marketing text books I own!

I've been studying this book as one of the main textbook of a digital marketing course that is part of an MBA. The book is a great resource, full of extremely relevant information, tools, and frameworks that can be put in practice straight away to improve your business and marketing strategy. Absolutely recommended.

In my role as an academic advisor and lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration at Laval University, I was tasked with reorganizing what had previously been two separate courses, “Marketing Strategy” (Introduction to Marketing) and “Fundamentals of the Connected Organization” (Digital Marketing) into one course for the Executive MBA program. Very comprehensive and great academic complement to my part-time Digital Marketing & Analytics studies. I would say it's an essential handbook. I love the layouts and graphics - helps with the reading process.
