After using this about 2 weeks now I can say it really leaves my skin soft. It smells a little but not too bad. Cleans up the face well while leaving it soft. Will purchase more for sure. No adverse effects and easy to use

I wanted to love this product, but it wasn't good for my face. It made my skin oily and I ended up breaking out. The soap was really nice to wash with, it smells great and creates a coolness after rinsing. If you have dry skin this would be great but for oily skin I dont recommend.

I can't rave enough of how amazing this stuff is. I have skin issues. Not sure if it's rosacea or eczema as I've never really been officially diagnosed, but this stuff clears it up. I use regular soap and the redness comes back quickly. I don't know if it's the tea tree oil or this particular brand, but do yourself a favor if you suffer from skin issues like me and buy this product. It cured the red dry sometimes flaky skin immediately. If I stop using it my skin goes right back to being inflamed. I'm not embarrased by my appearance when I use this stuff. When it was really bad I dreaded being in public. Now it's not an issue I can happily report. It's not a cheap product price wise, but at least you get a decent amount that should last me a while. It's well worth it. It's been life changing for me.

**UPDATE** I am a return customer and the product that I purchased again is not the same product that I purchased in the past. The old product came in a clear bottle. The old product was much thicker in viscosity, it lathered up better, it cleaned better, it left the skin so much more cleaner. Hell, the only issue that I would actual have of the old product is that you really had to give a good rinse because of how thick the soap was. And I cannot say this is a bad thing as this was a sign that it was a solid product. The new "formula" comes in a blue bottle and the soap is much more watery. It does not lather very well at all. It does not leave your face feeling cleaned very well. The scents are so dumbed down. What happened? Why would a company change such a wonderful product? Can Botanic Hearth bring back the old formula? Yep, I am a dude, writing a review for a face wash. Why? Because as a dude who normally could care less about face washes in general, I am here to say this this face wash is very good. So good that the woman I am dating was very impressed with it and suggested that we get it for my mother. So good that I am ordering it again as a gift for said mother. That should say something about this product. This wash truly leaves your face feeling clean, with no "tingly" after affect, no residue, no scent, just simply clean and refreshed. I have used other face washes in the past and I wanted something with less chemicals, something more natural with natural ingredients. This wash ticked those boxes. So, give this wash a shot. If it can impress someone like me, I would think it will do the same for you.

Apparently, I was using this wrong. No matter how much of an urge you get to wash twice with this, Avoid. *Any face wash you use on your face twice will have a tendency to dry your face out.* Wash your face only once. Once I did that, this works very well. After that was explained to me, I gave this one another shot, now I'm leaning toward getting another bottle. I still want to feel this one out and will update in case but it seems to be looking good. It is effectively hyrdating my face and I could feel the smoothness, big difference. Update: Still seems to be working like a charm. Great product. Original review: Nothing hydrating about it This is the first soap that's dried my face out to this level. I've used african soap in the past from Dr. Woods and I read I should get something especially for my face, this worked worst than the african and castille soap so I'm surprised and disappointed.

My last face wash got discontinued and I was so sad. 8 tried this as a replacement and am in love!!! The mint nakes my skin feel tingly and refreshed and the mix of mint and teatree smells very nice. Definitely worth the money for the size. Will be buying again!!!
