Amazing knife
I’m on my second one. The first one lasted 25 years. This knife is incredibly sharp and manages to stay sharp for years. It is just the right weight. I use it for cutting the ham or turkey at the holidays and trimming any meat that we have. I put it in the dishwasher to clean.

The best filleting knife on the market!
This knife arrived razor sharp! This is the exact same filleting knife that I had purchased and used for the past 40 years. The quality has not changed at all. I had recently lost the 40-year-old knife, so I had to replace it. Glad the quality is the same.

Good Knife for the money
I had one of these when I started fishing, I lost it when we move 2 years ago. It had lasted me over 30 years. So I bought another, when I opened the package I though it was the one I lost. LOL looked exactly the same. The blade is good, nice and flexible also. the handle if you get your fish stuff on it can be come slippy. The Sheath is nice, that is what I liked about it. As you can through it in tackle box and no issue. Though through time it can get gunked up if you do not take care of it. I think very good for the money. It works very well for me.

Very nice knife with a bit of work!
This is actually a very nice knife, particularly for the price. I did not expect this thing to be 100% ready to go, I knew it would need to be sharpened (and it very much did, by fillet knife standards this thing was near as dull as you can get) which for me is no problem as I have been sharpening my own tools for a decade now and actually quite enjoy the process with my Japanese stones. If you can't sharpen and maintain a knife there's not much point in buying one anyway right? Well the only reason I knock 1 star off is because of the handle. Though I like the shape and ergonomics of the handle, what I do NOT like is the highly excessive amount of poly or some other top coat that they put on it, they used so much it almost makes the handle look like wood colored plastic. Not only does it make the handle look cheap but it is actually counterintuitive to safe and effective use of the knife. I will be sanding the knife handle down a bit and then simply coating it with some walnut oil and call it good, will be much better looking and more comfortable to use.

A quality hand made fishing knife, signed by the artist.
I love this knife and use it in the kitchen for slicing and dicing veggies, chicken, meat, fish, etc. because it is so sharp and fits in my hand well. The last one I had lasted 10 years before the steel shaft of the blade snapped inside the wooden handle. For some reason this one broke after only 6 months!! But I am going to order the very same one again because it must have just been a fluke, and I love using it. I never put it in the dishwasher and I use the sharpener that comes with it when needed. It also comes with a very nice leather carved holder to put on your belt if you go fishing.

Stands up to real and tough use for an affordable price
I will start off by saying that I am a culinary student who deals with fish on a regular basis, and the standard Victorinox flexible knife that I was issued just didn't do any fillet justice, it lost it's edge within a few cuts and rendered useless during the task. I have already had experience with this Rapala knife as I own one for fishing. Though using it in a professional setting such as my school really shows how durable this thing is. It keeps a razor edge fillet after fillet and chews threw bone like it's nothing. Sharpens back to new in no time as well. The most impressive thing to me, is that it doesn't even flinch at the tough chemicals we use to clean our equipment at school, this thing is worth every penny at it's affordable price.

Just like the Rapala I've had for 30 years!
I had a hard time tossing my trusty 30 year old Rapala in the garbage. I sharpened it so many times, it didn't even have the original shape. I hesitantly bought this new one, expecting it to be the same terrible quality that most other products have become. To my very pleasant surprise, it was exactly like the original. It even fit in the original sheath, which I do like better than the new one, but that's being picky. Don't hesitate, if you like this good ol' standard Rapala, buy it!!

切れ味もいいし、見た目もいいです。フィンランド製なのが非常に気に入りました。 It is sharp enough and look good. I l love it made in Finland.
