Easy DIY
Arrived in good condition. You will save around $1000 doing it yourself. Traps are recurring revenue for pest control (scam). It takes longer to kill colonies than soil treatments, but it should be effective. REMEMBER: CALL FOR UTILITY LINE LOCATES AND USE AN AUGER to dig the holes.

Cost efficient replacement for Terminix service
The drilling auger doesn't work well, especially for harder clay. The design is straightforward, though I've had the tablets swell from rain. I don't like that half the tabs are detection-only and that you're recommended to replace these every six months. Still, this is identical to the service plan Terminix provided as a boiler plate treatment, at a fraction of the cost.

Include bait cartridge but still too pricey compared to others out there
Update: there are 6 bait cartridge included. Fast shipping which is good but my 3 stars for the price. You can buy this for 6 package stations and with spider tool and bait cartridge bought separately for much less price per unit. I returned for this reason but other than that, no issue at all with delivery or products except that I have to cover the return cost as this wasn't a free return.
