Stays on badly arthritic hands
I bought these for my mother who had diabetes and severe arthritis. Once I put her fingers in the loops she was able try squeezing the ball to work on strength and control without dropping like she did with other balls. I used while I visited her too. Nice and comfortable.

It's HARD to do if you are weak-keep at it
This is a GOOD product. My hands are too small to use the finger grips, but so hard to squeeze, I'm 69 years old and bought for the rehab of carpal tunnel. SO using a sharp knife I put 4 slices 1/2 long on the sides and NOW IT SQUEEZES fine! Keep on using rehab can be challenging and this exercise was highly recommended by my therapist.

Super quality and easy to use -- I've had excellent results.
Super, super. Use it daily - easy and clean. Fell and dislocated shoulder and landed on my hand. Needed this exercise - result very good. Still using it - very good quality.

Easy to use.
I am 76 and had hand surgery for Duypetrens. I thought my normal workout with hand weights would be enough but I needed more to help strengthen my hand. I just started using this last night and hopefully it will assist in a good total recovery. It’s comfortable to use and easy to squeeze. I like the finger grip and the indentations on my hand leave quickly enough. My hand feels good after use.

Tough to use
I bought this product to excercise after breaking hand. I like that it had finger grips to help hold. However the product is so hard and stiff I could not squeeze it together at all. Even tried using on good hand and did not work. Seems to me product needs to be softer and more flexible to accommodate an injury. Cannot use.
