Interactive Training Toy,Dog Feeder, Dog Ball Fetch and Interactive Food Reward Dispenser,Treat Toy Tennis Ball Reward Machine for Dogs（NOT A Launcher）

This is not a fetch toy. I understood that and that's why I bought it. I got this just the other day and it's a neat little training tool. I have a Jack Russell who struggles with impulse control and this is a great toy for me to work with him. He's already learned to put the ball in the top to get the treats but then he scratches at it, puts the ball in the tray, or tries to nose the ball into the front opening to get his treats. I don't know if he'll ever get as good as the dog in the TikTok video I saw because he's always trying to beat the system, but it's fun. My only "negative" is that it really does need the weight of the balls that come with it, to dispense the treats properly. A regular tennis ball doesn't dispense the treats properly and it doesn't always discharge out the bottom correctly because it's too light. The balls that come with the device are a very dense foam rubber so when my dog squeezes it like he does a tennis ball, his teeth pierce it and the ball gets stuck to his canine teeth. I will try to find other ball options. Otherwise, does exactly as it was designed to do.

This is crap. Do not purchase for your doggo. The ball only rolls out of the device.

I recieved this product but one of the treat trays is missing. How do I go about getting the other tray?Ok update . We found the tray. Item wasnt what I expected probably because I didnt read the description thoroughly but that's my fault. My puppy enjoys the balls I haven't added treats yet tho. Over all it is a nice product.

This product was a waste of our money. We have tried numerous treats and half the time it doesn’t work. For as much as it cost it should work . When you pick it up the two pieces where treats come out fall off all the time. When the ball goes in the trays fall off also. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!!!!

It does not work the same as the picture!

Would maybe be good for a small breed dog. My lab pup not so much. Most of the time the ball gets stuck or doesn't dispense treats correctly. It would work better with some type of funnel entry. My dog quickly figured out how to put the ball in However you have to do it perfectly for it to work. Kinda defeated the purpose of buying it for him to have entertainment independently. The treat trays also do not lock on. Overall good idea just not designed well or maybe with the intent of a 20 lb dog. Which the description doesn't depict if so.

Not happy within product it came damaged not worth ur money and it is super small

Either I cant figure out how to make it work or it does not toss the ball out for the dogs to fetch. I thought I was getting the interactive toy that would pop the ball out for the dog to run after it and fetch it back and put in the top for it to popl out the front again. That does not happen.T
