Beautiful, well-made, and reasonably priced
We are so happy with our new dining room chandelier! While I cannot comment on the assembly as our electrician did it for us, I can say it did not take him long to install it and we are very pleased with the overall craftsmanship. The seeded glass gives it the perfect modern farmhouse touch! 5 stars!

Looks great but stated diameter is not for the circle part of the chandelier. It’s for the outer bulb holders

Makes a statement!
I bought this for my living room and I really like it a lot. Really pretty and looks more expensive than it was. My living room is no way rustic, and it fits the style well. the light covers are very pretty with the seeded pattern. I used 40 watt bulbs, lots of light.

Very pretty
Not a breeze to put together. You need 2 people, a tall ladder, and strong arms to hold it up while being installed. But the results are lovely.

Need replacement globe please!
Love the light but need a replacement glass shade. No response from seller. Not sure where to go from here. Usually get an email within 48 hours . Nothing. Hopefully soon. I need to install it.

Love Love Love
I love it. I cannot truly attest to ease of Assembly, install as I hired electrician who put it together. 2 globes arrived damaged. Contacted company who sent it and provided pics of damage. They promptly offered to send replacements free of charge setting expectations it will be a few weeks to arrive. Looking forward to their arrival. I tried multiple types of light bulbs to find what I was happy with. First tried Un frosted Edison bulbs -they were too bright. Like the frosted decorative LED bulbs a lot, as pictured

great chandelier but impossible to find replacement parts for the broken "bubble" glass around the lights

Beautiful Light
This is a well constructed light. Easy to install, except the metal bars kept falling off while trying to install. I ducked taped the bars to the hooks until we finished the installation. The instructions showed to put the glass shades on prior to installation, but you don't have to. I didn't want the chance breaking them. I like the bubbles in the glass. Putting it together is quite simple as well. You definitely need 2 people to install. One person to hold the fixture, and the other, to wire and screw it in. The company supplies different length screws to mount the light to the casing, which is nice, because there are many different scenarios you can encounter. Definitely, a good buy. I gave a 4 star because there wasn't a support wire you could use while you wire it in.

Good product - Poor customer service - Would recommend to get it from a different seller.
Poor customer service.The product looks great and was not hard to install. It took me 30min to assemble and wire the unit.No support from customer service though... One of the glass pieces came cracked and I filed a request to replace the broken part.First of all, it was extremely hard for me to find the right place to submit the request. Amazon did provide me with the instruction but they were confusing and I was always redirected to unrelated links and web pages.Once I found the right page, I submitted my request and got a response within just 24h! One of the sales reps asked me some details including the shipping address and I sent them all the info including some pictures of the broken parts. Never heard from them since them...I sent 2 more requests which were ignored.I could keep sending requests to Amazon and the seller and try to get the item replace, but I wasted too much of my time and I would rather consider buying such items from local suppliers where I wont have any issues with returns/exchanges.
