Works like a dream
I have owned this pot filler now for a year and wanted to come on here to leave an honest review. I was hesitant to purchase due to the comments about leaking but I am very happy to report I have not have this issue. It still maintains the beautiful gold color and no leaks. It is also has a nice weight and performs wonderfully. It was also easy to install according to my professional plumber. I give it 5 stars

Parts not correct for installation
We could not install the filler because the escutcheon ring does not fit onto the faucet. The hole in the escutcheon needs to be much larger to cover the faucet or the brass nipple coming out from the wall will be visible. Contacted support to get correct part with no reply.

Nice pot filler
Good quality pot filler for the price. Nice matte black finish. My only complaint is the pot filler can twist lose from the wall if you push on it wrong, there is nothing that locks the pipe threads into the wall. Overall happy with it and would buy it again.

Great faucet but instructions and install lack clarity.
Install instructions were not right to the style of the faucet but we figured it out. Wish the connection to the wall was a little more solid as the faucet still turns some when using. Both handles turn counter clockwise to turn on.

Lasted 6 months; never stayed on straight
Love(d) the look of the product when it arrived. The installation was straightforward, but a flaw in the design (no set-screw to stop the faucet from rotating in the wall) was a total PITA. So, all was fine for a month or two, then the faucet segments started spontaneously separating at the joints. I will add in some pictures, but the hinged sections started forcing themselves apart (vertically). When the faucet was first installed there was the smallest of gaps btwn the bottom pipe and the pipe coming from the wall, and btwn the bottom pipe and the top pipe. Now, the gap btwn the bottom and top pipe is half-an-inch and you see the white inner sleeve, and the other gap is 1/4" with the same sleeve showing. I bit the bullet and bought the Delta faucet that this is a rip-off of and installed that. I recommend going with a reputable brand.

Very stylish
Very good product. The matte finish is great with the new modern look that now in days is trending. There’s one fitting that’s on the main part of the housing that has a little flex that I’m not sure how it can be Tightened, I don’t see any way to make it more tightly but other than that. It’s great. If will reach your 36 inch cooktop at any area. Very smooth.

Higher end look for less
After the other pot filler I purchased from another site, got back ordered until Sept, I found this one. Almost the exact same for a less. (The other one was $368) Looks great once it was installed. Only problem is the arm sits kinda at an angle and loose. May need to be tightened down. Other than that it does the trick.

Great so far
So far so good! Saved us a lot of money from buying in one of the home-improvement stores. Was professionally installed by plumbers for a newly built home and they did not complain.

Great, hose bib
We have a large mop sink in our house, and this is fantastic for it very low profile, and can fold up almost completely against the wall. Installation is very easy I use some pecks fittings to make it an easy install and uninstall in the future if I ever need to change it.Feels very sturdy, heavy and the material feels nice. Great if you only have a small amount of space, I need something very low profile.
