My 13 year old Yorkie has a partially collapsed trachea. He would couch and wheeze often and it was definitely getting worse. About a week after we started giving him these pills he no longer coughs or wheezes! I’ve only heard him do it a once or twice (and not as intense as before) in a months span, as opposed to multiple times a day and at night. Now he sleeps through the night with no issues! At first I got him the pills and the syrup. He wasn’t really a fan of the syrup but it didn’t matter as the pills alone are enough. I put them in a pill pocket and he eats them right up! He’s a big Yorkie, weighs about 14-15 lbs so I give him 2 pills every morning after he goes peepee outside. He thinks it’s a treat for going potty and being a good boy. For his weight the bottle says he should be getting 2 twice a day, but I found that only 2 twice a day is good enough for him. Saves me a little bit of money too as these are not cheap, but well worth every penny. Highly recommend!!

Ok, so I tried this product and decided to return it because I noticed a difference in my dog's cough. Almost like it was being suppressed and I was worried that this would not be good. So, after two days, I took him off this product. (Yes, these supplements worked that fast). After taking him off the supplements, he started coughing throughout the day again. So, I thought I would give it another try. I swear to you, I am amazed at the difference in my dog's cough now. It only took one day, and he stopped coughing during the day. In the mornings, he has always coughed after lying down all night, but even that is curbed. Earlier, I had sent a question in about this product - "can you give it with food". One of the buyers told me not to waste my money on this product. But, it has really really helped my dog. I think it might not work the same on each animal. Maybe some dogs react to it differently than others. I did notice that if I give it to my dog on an empty stomach, it seems to really work better.

I don’t have pictures because I didn’t think I had to take pictures. The first bottle of this product came in powdered form, not capsules. The product worked great, I mean so great that we made this a keep on hand item. Then we ordered the second bottle and it came in capsule for with a hundred count. The instructions said give two capsules twice a day. We did that and my dog’s cough never let up, it was like we never gave her the dosages. The first bottle we gave our dog work really well because I think it was due to the portion size which was one teaspoon verses this two capsules. When the product change back to powder, I will reorder.

My lab has a collapsed trachea. Anyone that has a dog suffering from it knows how horrible it is to hear your dog coughing and gagging. Knowing every single cough is damaging their trachea. Myself, I feel like I am tossing spaghetti at a wall to see med or supplement helps. This med did not work for my dog. He is an 80 lb lab and needs up to 10 of these pills a day. Pretty costly supplement, considering $43 only buys me 100 tabs. Hope it helps other dogs, but for me, it's a no-go. Seems like that's the case, works for some, not for others. My search continues, oh, the syrup they sell did not work either.

I wasn't sure at first when he started coughing a lot, but when the prescription from my vet wore off and he started coughing again, I had a pretty good idea that he had a collapsing trachea. I had another small dog that had the same problem. I had to have him put down. I decided to try this product to see if it might help. It took a few weeks but he is not coughing like he was before. He hardly coughs at all now and I am so glad that he's not suffering like he was.
