Jamming while gaming made easy on the switch
Connected it to my phone and used Spotify while playing Rocket League and it worked well. Love this lil device. What sucks is not all games u can turn off the music. Like Splatoon but that's on nintendo. Have not used the mic. I also tried it on my ps5 using the USB dongle and it worked haaa

Great! Works with Ps5 as well!!
This is amazing, it works as intended on the switch and I haven't had a problem with it. The sound could be louder but it has great quality. The only time the quality is questionable is when both mobile device and headset are connected while using discord. I was amazed to find out that this also works with the playstation 5 as well!! That was a big plus

Lag Issues Persist
I am running this on my Switch OLED. It does indeed work as advertised, but given many are likely interested in lag performance, I tried this with several headphones (AirPods Pro, AirPods Max and several models from the Sennheiser Momentum product line).Long story short, almost all of them have lag. In my experience, unless your headphones specifically support the aptX Low Latency codec, you will likely get a noticeable lag that makes gaming annoying at best. NONE of the Apple headphones support this (they are AAC codec).I have a pair (Sennheiser Momentum Wireless 3) that support the aptX Low Latency codec, and in that case, this adapter does work without lag. The device also has an indicator that changes color to let you know when you’re in low latency mode, so I know that it was triggered. Also important to know, this adapter does NOT support the new aptX Adaptive codec. If you have a newer device, know that this is NOT the same as aptX Low Latency; so double check the codecs that your headphones support.

It is amazing! I just worry about it turning and snapping the Switch port.
I have this model and the predecessor model. MUCH different in functionality. Product does what it says and the pairing process is simple. I am pleased with it.The only concern i have is the connector and its sturdiness. I worry that when i set it down the device will be pushed to rotate and snap the charging port on the switch.

audio from smartphone cracks in docked mode
aptx feature works flawlessly. But I got this mainly to listen to podcats while I play Ring fit adventure when dockedly obvit cracks and cuts out , sometimes randomly even, but fortunately it one of those things that often plague bluetooth devices that once you get the grove of can stay quiet your whole play session.its not worth forty freaken dollars and should be like a Nintendo licensed product for 10 buck's that would otherwise go for 50 cents on aliexpress. I don't know why people insist that they can sell dollar store toy's for 40 dollarsI'm not a music listener so i don't know what they'd tolerate but since it's a podcast cutting out isn't much of an issue. But since it's the only product that let's you mix your smartphone audio for Switch I'd have to still recommend it

Works with Fortnite on Switch and JBL Tune 500BT headphones
Works great with with my JBL Tune 500BT headphones. I just finished playing Fortnite with my son while using the pair. This microphone is super sensitive, I have no doubt it will work 10 feet away in dock mode while sitting on the couch. No battery needed as it plugs in via USB and gets its power from the switch.

A tiny wonder that will astound you
I've had this wonderful tiny miracle for a little while and let me just say this: it's tiny but it's mighty! That said, i absolutely love that i can use either my ipod or my phone to connect to this while playing a game and basical rocking out to my own tunes. I'm still working to see the other functions it does, but this truly is the way to go if you have airpods or a bluetooth headset. I'm so happy to be a proud owner of this fantastic piece of equipment. :)

Not really bose compatible
The lag with bose quietcomfort 35 is pretty significant. I think it's misleading to say it is compatible. I'm sure it's fine for games with an ambient soundtrack and no sounds that correspond with the buttons you push or for listening to your own music while you are exploring, but for games like fortnite where you need zero latency, I would avoid this unit if you are using bose quietcomfort 35. It might be better with APTX Low Latency headphones but that doesn't really help with the mic range.I also felt that it wasn't clear enough that the mic from your Bluetooth headset will not work with this device and the inbuilt mic only has a range of 1m.I ended up just buying a long extension lead for a wired connection for $10. Now I can sit a few metres from my switch in TV mode and play with no latency.

Audio Quality is Great, Difficult to Setup
I got this to pair with my 2nd generation AirPods. Currently my AirPods can connect to my iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, so when this arrived, the instructions included were not very clear on how to connect the AirPods to the bluetooth device. I ended up having to Google search on how to do it, and you have to press the connection button on the back of the AirPods at the same time as the adapter to connect together. Otherwise, once it was connected, the audio that came out didn't have too much latency. I mostly play Pokemon on my Switch for reference so I thought it was great sound quality and definitely worth the price that I paid for. Just difficult to connect at the beginning.
