Inexpensive useful and fun
Bought it a year ago and it still goes everywhere with me. Fits in a jeans (back) or jacket pocket. 16 GB is expandable with an SSD card port, or plug inPower: Kind of slow to boot so I put it to sleep when not using it, also charge it over night for the next day. one charge actually lasts for a day of constant on, several days with sleep/unsleep.Camera is pretty good for tele-conferencing. No front-facing camera though.Speakers are OK, If you want high-quality sound, get good headphones.Keyboard is hard-connected to the tablet, so no Bluetooth latency - huge plus.External mouse: I tried it with a Motorola Bluetooth mouse, but it kept shutting off. I bought a cheap drugstore mouse and plugged in a micro USB adapter and use that instead.Apps - I don't load it down with lots of apps, this isn't a $200 tablet - Just email, calendar, couple games, a map app and some other useful stuff, lots of books, Connect Google Drive, and sign up for an ANotepad.com account and I'm good to go to every meeting.Even the hard case is hack-able. It's polystyrene, like a plastic model. Hard case keeps flipping over. I hot-glued a little stay piece to the end. I got the purple one. People think it's cute.

great deal
this has been the perfect little computer for travel and reading. I use it for movies, reading, FB and watching/reading the news. The sound is not of the highest quality, but when I plug in my earbuds, the sound is perfect. The keyboard works great.pros: size and weight is perfect for travelling keyboard works perfectly picture quality is excellent great for watching videos, reading bookscons: web surfing works fine, but a bit slower than a regular computer or cell phone battery life isn't wonderful unless you turn it completely off when not in use (I have an external phone charger that I use for my cell phone and just by changing the cord to a micro usb and plugging the computer in, the battery life is never a problem) (this means you don't really need to plug in charger that it comes with)Overall- this little computer is DEFINITELY worth the money!!!

It was good for about a month
The price was right so I thought Id give it a buy to watch movies. It has no expandable storage it has to be all done on the cloud or nothing. The edges of the screen are losing pixel cohesion and are now black along the edges. And the keyboard broke 3 days after receiving the tablet. Your better off spending a few more bucks and getting a stand alone tablet or at least better one. This was definitely buyer be wear. Don't get me wrong it still works but with black spots on the screen it might as well be garbage!

Perfect for BASIC
The biggest thing to realize about this product is there's a reason it's so inexpensive. It is PERFECT if all you need it for is very basic needs. It does not have a lot of features, but then again all I was looking for was a tablet that I could connect to my Google Calendar account for work. I use my calendar on a daily (more like hourly) basis and need something that I could input and recall information quickly. THIS WORK PERFECT!This tablet has very limited features, and the features it does have are very basic - below is a rating list I came up with in regards to this tabletRCA Voyager Pro 7 16GB Tablet with KeyboardTouchscreen response time - 5 StarDisplay - 3 Star (much lower resolution than my previous tablet, but definitely workable)Keyboard - 5 Star (makes inputting data SO much faster, however I did find out the keyboard does not work on ALL apps)Camera - 1 Star (only forward facing camera, low resolution)Wi-Fi connection - 3 Star (I haven't played too much with it, but it doesn't always want to connect)Bluetooth - Untested (DOES have BT capability)Chrome Cast - 5 Star (easy access capability)Printing - Untested (does have pre-installed Print Service)Sound - 2 Star (Basic sound, ok but not the best)Battery Life - 4 Star (A good solid 2 days with only using the calendar app, roughly 2-3 hrs to charge to full)------- something to be aware of, if this tablet is in 'sleep' mode it still drains the battery a decent amount. I had about 20% left last night when I went home from work, had it on sleep, and when I got here this morning it was DEAD. Had to plug it in and wait a few moments before it could even hit 1% and turn on. On my previous tablet, I could come back the next morning and only have lost 3-5%.Access to Google apps - 5 STAR!!!Ok for Kids? - 4 Star (only because limited access to Wi-Fi to download games, otherwise I think it would work great for older kids, younger kids might be a little rough with it)OVERALL ---- LOVE this tablet, but would only suggest getting it if you plan on using it for basic functions like I am

Great tablet with keyboard... Dad approved.
Bought this tablet for my 7 year old whom wanted it because her cousin has one. At first I was hesitant and wanted to buy her a Samsung kid's tablet instead. But she insisted she wanted an RCA one with a keyboard and it had to be her favorite color, purple. I assumed the keyboard connected via a usb cable or by Bluetooth- that's a deal breaker for me. Once we got it, I was surprised how sturdy and tough looking it looked. Looked like an expensive tablet. The keyboard has its connection to the side of the tablet (not usb or Bluetooth). It's very responsive too. The battery life has also been great. The Android OS is fast and doesn't lag. Overall, my 7 year old is very happy with it. Now my 11 year old wants one too.
