It's working ok so far
My stools are more regular. At first I had lots of gas (good thing I was by myself) like the instructions said could happen and now all is fine. I ordered 2 more bottles of these to see how well it works altogether

I ordered these for my mom. She says they don't seem to agree with her but the directions say they could cause problems for a couple weeks so I'll wait another week or two and see if she gets better.

Culturelle is my go to probiotic brand!
I used to suffer from so many digestive issues - bloating, gas, diarrhea, cramping - EVERYTHING used to upset my stomach in one way or another. It was awful! Probiotics were recommended to me and I have been taking them for many years! Culturelle is definitely my go to brand! I have switched brands a few times in the past and occasionally, with some brands, my issues would return. (it does NOT pay to choose based on price alone!!!)These capsule are average in size and very easy to swallow due to their smooth coating. I love that you only have to take one capsule per day. There are many brands out there that require you to take 2, 4, even 6 pills per day!!!!!!!!!! That is just insane. I like to take one with my daily vitamin routine and it seems to be doing a fantastic job!I'll admit, I don't know much about the different probiotic strains. I never really took the time to research which ones should be included and which ones shouldn't be. The main reason for my lack of additional research is that this product has seriously worked wonders for me. I rarely have digestive issues any more. It is so incredibly freeing to think what probiotics have done for me over the years. I am sure I sound like some cheesy infomerical but I cannot recommend them enough!!!! Culturelle is a product that I trust and their products really do a great job combating those pesky digestive problems that can really interfere with your day-to-day activities.
