Are these like under armour?

These are NOT like Under Armour. The material is NOT stretchy, however, still cool and moisture wicking. The closest I can think of, is the old C9 by Champion shirts that Target sold years ago.

I'm 6'3 and semi musclar build I weigh 305 will a 2x work for me?

It's possible. I'm 5,5 220lbs with larger shoulders and have a good bit of a gut so I opted for the 2xl. The t-back is a bit large on me and hangs down under the pits, also the length is almost to my knees.
