Fun but man this thing gets beat up easily. Its as if the wood is rather soft because after only a few minutes of mild use its full of dents. I can't imagine what it will look like after extended use. Maybe this is normal but I am surprised.

I love the look & feel of unpainted wood kendamas, and this kendama did not disappoint! The stripe makes it easier to determine where the hole is located and that translates into more successful spikes. And the kendama came with a holster, a nice bonus.

Bought for my 12 year old. He can't stop playing with it. Quality built and worth every penny.

Kids had fun with it for one school year and now they sit....
