These are really quality products
I loved the quality, waterproof, they hold a ton of liquid, and its a good value. You also don't feel the moisture on you. The only thing was the fit. Not true to size! I however made do. Wasn't going to send them back. Some people are more curvy in the butt area than others. They're like diapers. If you make them more of a pull on brief and stretchy, it would be fantastic!

A Comfortable and Absorbent Pad to Keep You Dry
Using an adult diaper in the summer can be uncomfortable. Many diapers have sides or wings that don't breathe causing sweaty hips and upper thighs. If you need the protection of an adult diaper without the sides, try the Abri-San Premium Pads in Size 11. They are a very large pad that has padding that is the same width and length as the medium Abena Abri-Form M4 adult diaper. This pad weighs 155 grams vs. 175 grams for the Abena M4. Abena call these pads part of a two piece system, as it is meant to be used with their snug fitting washable pants or in a pinch could probably be used with snug fitting underwear. It is a bit of a learning curve to apply the product to the body and takes some adjustment to get the pad to settle into the groin in position to protect you. There is a bit of bulk between the legs that takes some getting used to at first. If you are used to a thicker standard diaper, it will feel familiar in fit, but if you are coming from a store brand of bladder control pad or protective underwear, it may feel too bulky to wear comfortably. The good news is that the Abena Abri-San line of pads comes in 14 sizes/absorbancy levels, so you should be able to find a product that fits your level of bladder incontinence. There is even an Abri-San pad made just for people who have bowel incontinence that has deep side pockets down the entire length to keep everything safely contained. The outer cover is breathable and fabric like, so they are quiet when you are moving around while wearing them. The inner liner is very smooth and soft to the touch, similar in feel to cotton undies. The pad is fairly thick and hourglass shaped with wider padding at the rear. There are elastic leg gathers at the center of the pad and leak guards that run lengthwise along the entire pad. The absorbency is rated the same as the Abri-Form M4 diaper, but I find I leak a bit more at the legs in these pads because I cant get the same snug fit as I can with a traditional tape-on diaper. The pad can also shift a bit to one side and this can increase leaks at the legs. For this reason, I would not recommned them at night if you have heavy leakage or are an active sleeper. What they excel at is keping the area that they cover cooler, especially around the hips. I sweat much less when I wear these instead of a diaper. They are definitely comfortable to wear and remain comfortable as they are used for their intended purpose. They do swell as they fill with urine, but the inner surface still feels dry to the touch and keeps the skin dry even when they are full. I would definitely recommend them for summer use or for times when you need less bulk at the hips, such as when wearing dress pants. If you are looking for an alternative to a diaper and need the absorbency of a diaper for heavy bladder leakage, give these a try. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

My Preference
This pad is comfortable and very absorbent. Some may not care for it as it does not have an adhesive strip to keep it in place. However; Two sided tape can easily be gotten and used. I use a large safety pin to pin the top to my panties, if you thread it in and out several times it doesn’t leave holes in them, this keeps it in place for me.The pad is contoured to fit so that also helps it stay in place.Absorbent and comfortable - meets my needs!

I got scammed
I feel like Ive been scammed. I ordered size 11 I've used them before but had switched to size 10 which I liked but for some reason I ordered size 11 this time, (almost 300 dollars. I got fewer and they aresmaller than size 10 less absorbent . I'm truly disapointed and truly feel cheated but stuck with them.

Absolutely the best
I have been forced to wear incontinence underwear for over a year, now. It took seemingly forever to find the best company with the best size range and the best absorbency, the best customer service and the most rapid and dependable shipping. To all my male friends in my predicament: Guys, This is it! It might be a little bit more expensive but it is well worth every penny. Go for it. You won’t regret it!

Discreet and practical
These pads are hands down the best a man could get. The front area is appropriately designed to provide coverage anywhere my penis would jumble around to. The side guards ensure everything stays where it should, even with repeated sit/stand movements. The back isn't as absorbent, but is wider than the front to ensure that if you sit down, you won't get those half moon spots you get with other products.Usage is best this way for a man.1. Place product with small end facing front of tight boxer briefs, preferably with long legs. Pull both the product and boxer briefs up.2. Tuck penis downwards inside guards on small side. Ensure testicles are also inside the guards.3. Make sure the absorbent edges of the front area of the product and the mid section are clear of the boxer briefs, or there will be leaks.4. Make any further adjustments to make sure the front and back is aligned and the front and back are comfortable.5. If at all possible, relieve your bladder in short, slow spurts. This may seem like bad advice, but no product can handle a flood. This one gets as close to possible without being underwear, and letting you use real underwear too.

Read each of the pictures shown-these are 29”long
I like that the company shows you every side of the diaper bag. These have to be worn with a pull up diaper, or fitted panties. I happen to use both, plus they make some inserts that are very well priced that you can stick on any area that you need more protection. I do this for the night. I have to wear these all the time because my body no longer works. It is the worst feeling to not be able to control your body. But I think some people have great health but they lose the ability to think for themselves or to even know what is happening. Others don’t look I’ll but their bodies give out, and they know exactly what is happening. So I rely on companies to keep their prices so that people who really need these that do not have any health coverage that covers the cost. So 2 dollars doesn’t sound so bad. But if they need to look at the big picture how many times does a person need a fresh diaper? 3,4,6 times a day? Then that 2 dollars becomes 12 dollars a day X 30 days it becomes too expensive to purchase them for something that is because of a disease. I do not understand the huge jump in their prices, one month it worked out to a little over a dollar plus the pull-up diaper plus the liners. So now it will cost about 7 dollars for each diaper change. Some want over a hundred dollars for 30 diapers. From 123.00 to over 160.00 is a huge increase. So for this reason I am pulling a star down, because it’s too much of a jump

Very Pleased With This Diaper
What I like about these diapers is that they give me worry free wear. I won’t leak onto my clothes, which is most often the case with most pull up adult diapers because they make them to fit such a wide range of sizes. So often I find that the area in the crutch is too narrow and does not have enough filling inside to be able to catch the pee before it goes running down your leg and if I am sleeping, it will wake me up because I have wet myself, my clothes and at times my bed as well. For the price that they charge they should be at least made with the same filling as they use in babies diapers should they not? Well with these diapers I have found the ones that work to take care of these problems. These particular ones are made long enough to cover both bits well in an adult. I wear an extra large in pull up diapers, and I this size and length can hold up 85 oz! But this company does have other sizes that can hold more. This company also sells flow through liners if you wish to them to hold even more. As the person who wears them, I have searched for the last year for a decent diaper that fits and fills my needs and as usual I had to kiss allot of fronts to find my prince, and I like the he color green most of all anyway.
