Xmas present
Bought as a Xmas present. Habe opened and assembled it and it looks great! Hasn't been used yet but it's a lovely sturdy bike

Delivery on the date requested not when you have the time
Product was fine and how I expected it but the early delivery by 2 days made me have time off work as it wouldn't let me alter the day for a weekend delivery I ordered it for

Really impressed with this bike. Great value for money my daughter loves it. Fast delivery too.

Looks fab but a few cosmetic issues
Looks a good solid bike and my daughter will love it on Christmas morning. Our only issues were that the stickers were creased and bubbled and we had to try to carefully remove and fix them. Also the mud guard is bent out of shape from the way it has been sitting in the box. Both things that don’t effect the bike but still disappointing. One other issue is that the chain scrapes along the chain guard making a noise while it moves but again something we should be able to adjust

Faulty poor quality bike
Chain repeatedly comes off/ jams and back wheel sticks. Have taken it to a bike repair shop for advice and they have stated it is a poorly made, faulty bike. Child only used it 3 times and I am unable to return due to return window closing. £120 for a bike that doesn't work.
