I've been looking for wrist support that isn't really firm and is lower than the standard mouse and keyboard wrist rests. I find the standard ones too high and too firm for me and they cause me pain. I have chronic pain and have hypermobilityHowever, this one is squishy enough that it doesn't hurt my wrists but still supports them, it's basically a memory foam pillow for your wrists.The mouse wrist rest is amazing and is small enough for me, plus it supports a wider area than standard wrist rests.I haven't taken the plastic off the bottom of the mouse wrist rest so it moves around with my hands.The only thing I don't like is the mouse wrist rest is slightly lower than the keyboard wrist rest.I'll update on how long it lasts in several months

I use this in my office. It does the job.Most importantly it supports my wrist.

No complaints, it's comfy and small

I've recently started to get shooting pains up through my left elbow from leaning on it at work and at home. I'd been looking for something to rest my elbow on for some time since, but couldn't find anything I liked the look of - too big/too expensive etc.I found this one, and thought I'd give it a go - even though it's meant for your wrist. And oh boy, does it do what I wanted. No pains at all when leaning on my elbow - it's soft, ergomonic, and a good price.Not only that, but it's also naturally excellent for resting your wrist on. I've actually left the plastic on the bottom in place to allow the pad to slide around whilst I move my mouse around.I'm that impressed, that within 5 minutes of using it, I'd ordered another to permanently leave at work. Knowing what I'm like, I don't doubt that I'll order another pair in the future so that I can rest both my poor elbow and wrist at the same time, both at home and at work.

Good height. Good ‘firmness’. Non-slip which is important

I find this quite comfortable and the dip in the middle seems to keep the wrist in right place when using a mouse, without straying off of the edge of the rest. Personally though, I find the middle part (where the wrist rests virtually all the time) a little too low, i.e. not deep enough. Alongside a keyboard wrist rest I got from a different manufacturer, it is less deep and I think the wrist really ought to be just a little higher off of the surface of the desk in order to keep it at a good working angle for long periods.Overall though, not bad at all for the price

I got this as I was staring to get wrist pain from using the mouse too much. It's a good little support. Nice and comfy and does the job well. The 'well' in the middle and the grab that the bottom of the rest have work well to make sure my mouse hand is in the right position, which really helps with the RSI. The only downside for me is that it has a tendency to stick to the wrist on warm and clammy days to the extent where it will lift off the desk when I move my hand to get a drink and then just drop on the floor. Otherwise no complaints on this. It's helped with my wrist pain too which is the main thing!

Has been very helpful with keeping my wrist protected from my desk edge!
