The Smarteefi l WiFi Smart Switch has been a dependable part of my smart home setup. It offers great functionality supported by excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their home automation.

The device works great after a week of trying to configure it to connect with the airtel router. Even with 4G turned on, the connection was not happening and the app was not able to connect with the device. Finally I connected an old router (after doing a factory reset) to my existing one and the device paired instantly and everything started working. The product support person said that even 1 router setting can cause this device to not connect. This being the only negative, I am very happy with the device . I use it daily to control the geyser. The timer auto switch-off feature will be very helpful in reducing the consumption.Pros: Excellent product support. Knowledgeable and helpful folks.Product and the mobile app work seamlessly after the router issue was resolved.Cons: The product may have pairing issues with an already configured router with settings such as the firewall which maybe turned on for other reasons. If i did not have a spare router, I would have returned the device.The longevity of the device remains to be seen.
