What is the pocket on bottom for?

You might have a bad product if there is a pocket. I have been going in circles on “Maytronics “ caddy cover I received June 10th. One I received has no Maytronics Logo, no straps to tighten, has a useless pocket at bottom (collecting rain as I ordered asap to protect my new S300). Rain going in thru top. Very inferior product for $54.99. Is not a heavy like I have for my grill & expected based on picture. Talked to Maytronics this morning 6/12/23. They said I needed to talk to Amazon. Finally got to a real Amazon person, have a label for a refund but rep says they can’t send me a replacement, only a refund. Amazon shows a correct picture of the Maytronics Premium Caddy. The cover came in a plastic bag with a Maytronics cardboard hanging tag with correct part #. 9991795-R1. Wish I could attach a picture of the package top. I connected to this item on Amazon through the Maytronics website. Had Dolphin robots for yrs, typically awesome customer service, not sure what is going on with this caddy cover debacle

Do you have to totally remove the cover to access the power supply? It looks like there is a flap that might provide easier access.

Yes, You need to remove the Cover before using so you can access the Control Panel on one side and the large Cord on the other. Then your Pool Cleaner is on the Bottom of Caddy! It has to be lifted off! Otherwise you could damage your Cover.

Where can i purchase a remote for the dolphin premier pool cleaner?
