The bag itself is as described. This was ordered for my niece and is the perfect size for a child. It's big enough for her to use for school or karate, she could even use it as her own overnight bag, but she won't be swamped by it. It hasn't been used yet but it looks to be reasonably tough and sturdy, so I imagine it will last pretty well. The design and the colours, she is going to love.What I do need to comment on is the outstanding customer service I received from this company, a rare find these days. I wanted some extra personalisation to the bag, nothing much, just an extra line of text. After contacting multiple companies, only beyondsome were prepared to offer me this. After speaking to them, I believe they would have been prepared to discuss and, where possible, accommodate whatever my requirements were. But where they really stood out was when the bag didn't arrive. Delayed or lost in the post no doubt at this time of year and out of their control. I contacted them to advise it had not arrived. Being just days before Christmas, I had no expectation of bring able to gift it on time now. I was wrong. I heard back the same day, to be told a replacement had been reprinted and dispatched and would be with me soon. It has arrived and is now wrapped and ready for my niece. Thank you beyondsome!
