Love the call block feature
I bought this phone (set of 3 w/answering machine) to replace my very old AT&T set of 3 w/answering machine. I think because I previously had a similar phone, it was very easy to set up and use from the start. The instruction booklet has 112 pages which could be daunting for a first-time user, but I only had to reference a few of those pages to get going with the features I most needed (setting up my list of contacts, putting a message on my answering machine, and setting up call blocking). I absolutely LOVE the call blocking features. You have various choices on how you want it to be handled and there is a separate pull-out instruction booklet for that which was very easy to use. It's like having your own personal office assistant. The sound is fantastic, the phone is as good-looking as any phone can be. I was shocked at all the spam messages that went right to block/reject call (without my phone even ringing); and when a legitimate call came in from someone not on my list, the person was asked to state their name and phone #, and then I could decide if I wanted to: a) take the call, b) send the call to the answering machine, c) block this person forever. Calls from those on my contact list rang right through seamlessly as they should. I LOVE IT! I am not using the cellular/blue tooth feature as that is not something I would find useful so I can't provide info. on that. I am writing this review because I greatly appreciate all the individuals who wrote reviews on so many of the various phones offered -- I read way too many of them and finally just had to dive in and pick one. I'm so glad I chose this model.

Wall unit works
Easy to set up. Like that I can use it to answer my cell but the volume and voice quality while using it not as good as I expected. Like the additional units. The main unit is on the wall and the angle of it does not allow me to see as well as my old unit if I have any messages.

Call screening is worth it all by itself.
This system has many features. From the call screening (#1 feature) that makes whoever calls you press # to ring through, which robocallers can't do, to being able to pair with your cell phone (#2 feature) and to learn in a bluetooth headset (#3 feature), there isn't much more you could want out of a phone, is there? I have found holding the phone to speak on for some reason is uncomfortable, and that might just be me. But the shape is weird, not a conducive for long calls. But you can learn in a headset. I found on calls, using this with a wired version of Ooma, that the sound quality isn't as good as my last cordless phone, but you know, the call screening makes it all worthwhile. Might just be Ooma that makes the call scratchy, or might be who I'm calling has a scratchy line. Either way, worth the money, can't beat the value in. this!

not easy to set up and use
Our Panasonic multi phone had a rough life. After 25 yrs.plus I decided to purchase a new phone for the house. This unit was not clear on the steps for settting up. Also it was difficult to get used to the buttons. Took more pressure than our old set to pick up on a call. But I do like it more so, now that I can answer calls and the simple recorded messages. Now to activate the call blocking. I have to figure this out. I did not find a video on how to program this phone. That would have been helpful. Both of us are retired from the military or nursing, and are 75 yrs old. We cope with new devices daily. Just wish they would make the information simple graphics for those who have poor vision. Thankyou. Over all the product is great, just activating and navigating is not so great.
