I use this stuff all the time for preloading before long endurance runs, never had cramping issues since 👍

The media could not be loaded.  I had 3 of the individual packages come with weird markings on the side and when I open them, pieces of the packaging were coming out with the product (see video). I had just ordered this yesterday for a competition tomorrow. I wouldn’t recommend.

These are my go to!I am in no way affiliated to the company, but the convenience of these is perfect. I'd say even better than their tablets. You can slip 1 or 2 packets in your gym bag or pocket even.Use them when needed. If you sweat a lot like myself then these are ideal to keep your body from cramping up.The only thing, i wish they would be a slight bit cheaper. But you get what you pay for.

Maybe containing correct body salts etc but not that plesent to take!

I purchased both the electrolyte tablets and powders from Amazon. A friend who also suffered from muscle cramping during football matches recommended them to me.I often found that in the last 10 minutes of football matches or after games my muscles would seize up and I would get horrible cramps. I tried both the tablets and powders; my personal preference was the tablets purely down to taste, however both had the same result no more cramps!I would recommend these to anyone who struggles with muscle cramps especially during sport. However a little caveat I have found after a few to many night before beers they are also fantastic for re-hydrating and left me feeling refreshed the next day.

Great stuff, works a charm for curing my hangover like no other product. Maybe not made for that but it works

Having suffered from cramp during my cycle rides over the last few months I decided to research a number of products. I came across this one and having taken their online questionnaire and receiving a personal plan of what products I required I brought both the 1500 and the 1000. I was recommended taking one 1500 sachet the night before which I did with a further sachet 90 mins before the ride, I used the 1000 sachet during the ride. To my delight this combination worked for me, not only for the first time in months did I not get cramp during my ride but staying hydrated also made me stay stronger throughout the ride. The one downside I had was that I had to go to the loo 5 times during the night!

Really helped.. wow. Jus can't keep up with how much I need to use. Not cost effective for me. But an amazing product....
