This tool is incredible! I was suffering from clogged pores ever since moving to Florida and even chemical peels regularly were not fully clearing my skin. After just 1 use of this (diamond tip) smoothed my skin so well! I’ve used it a total of 3 times already... I’ve been waiting about 2 days in between treatments because my skin really needed help and it’s not sensitive, and my skin is soooo much better and almost perfect! I can tell now with all the dead skin cleared that it’s not clogging my pores and also my products are better absorbed. I highly recommend this! So affordable and so much better than paying $$$ for facials and microdermabrasion at a spa. Especially if you have problem skin like me and know you need frequent treatments. After another week I’ll probably switch to maybe 1 a week and then see how often I feel I need to use this to maintain results.

I saw the Newdermo micro-dermabrasion machine on someone's Instagram page and then after researching, I bought this one. It took a few tries to figure out how to move it on my skin, but once I did - it was amazing!!! By using the diamond tip, my sunspots are almost gone and my skin looks much smoother and softer! It's nice that it has 3 different suction modes so you can test out what works best. Afterwards, my face was a bit pinkish for about 5 minutes like the directions said, but that went away with no problem.I also used the small suction tip on my nose, and omgosh, I didn't realize I had clogged pores, but that worked so well too. Make sure you keep moving the machine over the area, so you don't get red suction spots from leaving it on one area too long. (Note: don't exfoliate before!)Then I tried it on my legs - and I could not believe the difference in the before/after. (Make sure you check/replace the little grey filter, because if you have dry skin on your arms or legs, that fills up very fast.)Overall this was a great purchase because of the ease of use and that it's small enough to fit in my makeup drawer and I can also take it with me when I travel. Now I am looking forwards to trying out the daily lift mode for the facial massage.

Before I purchased this item, I did a lot of browsing and research of at-home microdermabrasion devices. I wanted to find a product that was easy to use and would help my skin look better. I found the cost of devices to go from around $50 to well over $200. My thoughts were to keep the cost down - because I would be able to better evaluate whether or not using the machine was improving my skin. I figured that if I spent a lot, I might subconsciously see results that weren't there, just to justify the purchase. The NEWDERMO fit the bill perfectly. It isn't expensive, it came packaged well and it is easy to use. It has a variety of suction heads (5) and one can be used daily to lift your skin - I really liked that option. It's easy to charge and it stays charged for a long time (I've used it everyday for 3 weeks and have yet to charge it a second time). And, the best part is I'm very happy with the results. While, to be honest, I don't think it makes me look younger... it does make my skin look better! The fine lines around my eyes are much softer now and I love that. My deeper wrinkles around my mouth have improved a little but not as much. Overall, my face does look brighter. My skin looks healthier. This purchase was definitely worth it. My only complaint is that currently there is no way to reorder filters from this company. I did contact them and they stated that they are working to have reorders available in the future. (I did order another brand's replacement filters on eBay and hoping they work.) Because of the filter reordering issue I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars.

What a disappointment! I bought this after my previous one was discontinued. This has almost no suction whatsoever in comparison! Shockingly awful. The only way this is exfoliating is if you just rub the diamond tip across your face. In no way is the suction strong enough to be of any use. Very disappointed.

First time trying an “at home” microdermabrasion tool. Having spent over and over on facials, I thought it was time to try it out.. and well, let’s face it, Covid doesn’t make you want to go for a close face-to-face appointment nowadays..! After my first try, skin feels great. The instructions are very lacking as far as how to initially set up the product. Perhaps duh moment for me was looking to see where the little filter was supposed to go until I figured out that under the already in place piece was one ready to go 🤣. Another mistake was not putting the attachment base in line/flush with the machine top which created air gap and no suction at first. I do see a better blood flow to my skin. Also lessened blackheads here and there. All in all, I think this will be a good addition to my at home skin care and results should show more with a few more sessions. Oh and this does make me miss the serum being put straight into my skin with the professional microdermabrasion at the spa but I followed up with Nuderma Neon/Argon with my own vitamin C, retinol & hyaluronic acid serum and it felt a lot less dry afterwards.

*** I updated my review since the company sent me a message immediately after I wrote review. The great customer service!The product had been working great for few weeks but it suddenly stopped working. The company sent me a new one immediately (that is really great!).However the new one also stopped working after few months of use.I did not use it in the water or anything. Now I'm not sure what I can do to get refund since the return window is closed. It is really sad because I liked this product really helped me to remove blackhead on my face....
